Shopping for Pokémon cards?

Look for these logos (below) on packs of Pokémon cards.  These are the cards allowed in play.  Cards from sets not shown on this page are NOT playable.

Look for these logos when buying theme decks, booster packs, and other Pokémon card items.

TIP: Unless you are looking for a specific card -- that can only be found in a specific expansion (set), we recommend that you purchase cards from the newer sets.  The sets below are listed in reverse order of their release (most recent releases on top, older ones on the bottom).

NOTE:  This section needs to be updated.   We need to add some of the recent Black & White sets.

If you're out shopping for Pokémon cards to buy, if the cards are from the Black & White series, they're good to buy.
