Learn to Play - Step by Step - 7
Winning the game
There are three ways you can win:
1. Collect all of your Prize Cards
You take one Prize Card every time you knock out one of your opponent's Pokémon, and each Prize Card gets you one step closer to winning the game. First player to collect all Prize Cards wins.
2. Knock out your opponent's last Pokémon
When your opponent has no Pokémon left in play, you win. It doesn't matter if you have Prize Cards left. Your opponent has no Pokémon left. The game is over.
3. Your opponent can't draw a card at the beginning of his/her turn.
A player who runs out of draw cards doesn't lose until the start of a new turn, when that player can't draw a card. A player can't start a turn without drawing, and if a player can't take his turn, the game ends. The other player wins.
Win or lose -- Shake hands with your opponent!
