Its best to organize your cards by set and then numerical order. This organization lets potential buyers quickly inspect cards and can help you earn more money since the store doesnt spend time cataloging the cards.

Please ensure that all cards are separated by rarity .We are currently accepting cards from any English Non-World Championship card sets. The cards must be in NM condition, and English language. We understand that English Pokemon cards aren’t always perfect right out of the pack, but they should be in at least the same condition they were in when the pack was opened. Any cards that we receive that are in a lower condition than NM will not be accepted. Unacceptable cards will be subtracted from the total and disposed. If an order contains a significant enough quantity of unacceptable cards so as to require a more detailed sorting process to remove them, the order will be subject to a 20% surcharge to offset the additional time and labor involved on our end.
Sorting:
When preparing your bulk for shipping, count it into stacks of 100, sorted by rarity. The different rarities are C/UC, Reverse Holo C/UC, Rare 90HP or less, Holo Rare/Reverse Holo Rare 90HP or less, Rare/Holo Rare/ Reverse Holo Rare 100HP and over. Please make sure that none of the cards you’re sending are in sleeves, including the higher rarity cards.
Wrap the stacks in something that will hold it together, but not damage the cards. Options for this include plastic wrap and/or printer paper. It’s helpful to label each stack with its contents, but not absolutely necessary. Please make sure that cards you send are unsleeved, and not in top loaders.

Selling Bulk Pokemon Cards
Your first and easiest option is to just sell your bulk as a lot. This means you put 500 cards together, or however many you want, and put it up for sale as random bulk. This can be sold on websites like TCGPlayer, eBay, or anywhere else. To get an estimate on how much your bulk lot is worth, look at similar listings and determine a price off of them. If you decide to do this, keep in mind you wont be getting a lot for your cards. Common cards arent very valuable in the first place and the buyer wont know if theyre getting anything thats worth it.
Your second option is to sort through the bulk and sell cards individually on websites such as TCGPlayer. This can be very time consuming and may not be worth it if youre not looking to maximize profits. Look up the value of each card using TCG Player and list them as you go. A lot of cards will be worth less than $0.25 and might take a while to sell, so this is a long-term commitment. Keep in mind there are fees and shipping costs once the cards sell. On the surface this might not seem worth it but can be very profitable if done right. For example, if you sell 1,000 cards for 25 cents each, thats $250 of revenue.

Bulk cards are the cards you dont want. They might be duplicates or extra cards you dont have a use for. When opening 10 card packs, you usually have the chance of pulling chase cards in the Holo and Reverse Holo slots. This means at least 8 cards in each booster pack are common and considered bulk. After opening several packs, youll notice your pile of bulk cards will quickly increase. Before you know it, you might have hundreds or thousands of common Pokemon cards that youre not using.
