How To Encounter Darkrai

Like many other Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, Darkrai can be found as a tier-five Raid Boss, so to encounter one in the game, you’ll need to head to a Gym where a Darkrai Raid is taking place. The Mythical Pokemon will periodically appear at Gyms, but your best bet for finding one will be during the Legendary Raid Hour events.

For one hour every Wednesday evening, more five-star Raids featuring Pokemon Go’s current Legendary will take place, effectively guaranteeing you’ll find a Raid. There will be two Darkrai Raid Hours before the Mythical Pokemon slinks back into the shadows. The first takes place on , with the second following on . Both events will run from 6-7 PM local time.

To participate in a Raid Battle, you’ll need to have a Raid Pass. You can either purchase these from Pokemon Go’s in-game store or receive one for free when you spin the Photo Disc at a PokeStop; however, you can only hold one free Raid Pass at a time.

Trainers will have until Friday, November 1st, to face off with the boss in five-star raids. Unfortunately, after November 1st, players will no longer have the ability to add Darkrai to their Pokemon GO team. This event schedule means players will have a decent amount of time to put together a strong team to face this boss before the end of his stay in the five-star raids.;

How To Beat Darkrai

Like all five-star Raid Bosses, expect Darkrai to be ridiculously strong. Youll want to team up with as many other trainers as possible, making sure to challenge Darkrai with at least ten teammates. Youll get some strength bonuses for taking on Raid Bosses with trainers on your friend list, so if you have any friends you can take on Darkrai with, youll want to bring them along.

Remember that Darkrai is a pure Dark-type, so come in with Pokémon that have a type advantage against Dark. Fighting, Bug, and Fairy are all super effective against Dark, so having strong Pokémon of those types is recommended. Avoid using Ghost- and Psychic-types, since they are weak against Dark. Youll also want to make sure that the Pokémon you use is strong. They should each have CP of 2,000 at the very least, but the higher, the better.

With a lot of strength, strategy, and teammates, as well as a little bit of luck, youll be able to defeat Darkrai in battle. Now its time to try to catch it.

How To Trade In Pokmon Go: Step

1. After youve launched the app, you should be able to spot your in-game character on a map, surrounded by Pokémon. Now tap on the avatar icon located on the bottom left corner of the screen.;

2. Next, select the friends tab located at the top right corner of your screen to proceed.

3. Go ahead and tap on your in-game friend that you intend to trade with.

How To Trade Legendary Pokmon In Pokmon Go

When a Legendary Pokémon is traded, the base cost of the exchange will cost the player 1.000.000 Stardust. This price can be reduced to 20.000, if the player who receives the Pokémon already has that Legendary Pokémon registered in their Pokedex. As players increase their friendship with each other, this price will drop.

• If players trade a Legendary Pokémon with the level Great friendship, the exchange will cost 800.000 stardust if they do not have it registered in the Pokédex, or 16.000 stardust if they are registered.
• At the level of Ultra friendship, the trade will drop to 80.000 for unregistered Legendary Pokémon and 1.600 for registered ones.
• Finally, when players reach the level of Unmatched friendship, the price of legendaries for unregistered Pokémon will be 40.000 and a paltry 800 stardust for registered ones.

Players can only trade one Legendary Pokémon or one Shiny Pokémon in a day, which is called special exchange. Pokémon that are traded in alternate ways or costumes event that the other player has not yet obtained are also counted as unregistered.

Pokemon Go Raid Update

In the past when a Legendary Pokémon entered Raids, other battles included Pokémon that would help trainers build a team to take down Darkrai. This time, the Raids are filled with Poison and Dark-type Pokémon, coinciding with the Team Go Rocket Takeover motiff for this weekend.

So, Darkrai will be found in Level 5 Raids, while some of the usual suspects like Mawile and some Alolan forms will appear in the middle-tier Raids.
