Where To Get The Old Amber Fossil

The first step to getting Aerodactyl is to acquire the Chop Down secret technique. Once youve learned this technique, head back to the Museum of Silence in Pewter City. Here you can find a tree behind the museum that you can cut down using Chop Down. With the tree cleared from your path, head into the back of the museum and youll meet an NPC that you can talk to.

After the conversation with the NPC, youll be given the Old Amber. Now its time to move on to the next step of the quest.

The species has five weakness in total.

Cliff is one of three Team GO leaders players will battle in Pokémon Go. To beat him, youll have to defeat Pokémon like Aerodactyl, Slowking, and Dusknoir.

Aerodactyl is a Rock and Flying-type Pokémon, which means it will be weak against Water and Ice-type moves. But it will also suffer greater damage from Rock, Steel, and Electric-type attacks.

Is Aerodactyl A Good Pokemon

The biggest issue is that many of the Pokemon Aerodactyl once countered, including Charizard and Talonflame, have fallen out of favor in the games meta.
