We’re definitely in the catching mood right now when it comes to Pokemon GO. After such a flood of great in-game events, it’s been a little hard to adjust to the upcoming postponements so we don’t blame Trainers who are out there trying to make the most that they can of every single Pokestop that’s still safe to operate. If you do want to catch them all, though, you’re going to need more balls. Here’s how to get more Pokeballs in Pokemon GO.
Hang Out At A Pokestop
The benefits of working right on top of a PokéStop, I guess.
Pokestops are the gift that keep on giving in Pokemon Go. Visiting one trigger a prize wheel that, when spun, awards items. More often than not, those items are Pokeballs. Even better, Pokestops refresh every few minutes. Grab a folding chair, fill a cooler with some frosty pops, and dont forget to bring your portable battery charger. You can top up your stock of pokeballs and enjoy a nice afternoon outdoors.
Also, you might just get lucky like this guy. Gamezebo contributor Rob Rich has an office thats situated just above a Pokestop, so he never has a problem getting more pokeballs.

How To Manage Motivation
So youve captured the gym and put your best team in it. Youre set, right? Theres no way someone is going to take it from you. That used to be the case, but with the latest update things have changed. Now you have to take into account motivation, which is your Pokemons willingness to fight translated in combat power. Every day you hold a gym, the CP of your Pokemon drops. Once it hits zero, your Pokemon get kicked out of the gym unless you feed berries to each one holding it. To make matters worse, Pokemon with CP above 3,000 lose motivation faster. This ensures a more dynamic map, but also makes it harder to hold gyms. Thats why youll want to keep yourself well stocked with berries so you can keep your Pokemon in fighting shape.
How To Get More Pok Balls Before Go Fest 2021
Ever since the initial release release of Pokémon GO, there have only been three types of Poké Balls that you can use to catch Pokémon outside of things like raids. These balls are Poké Balls, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls, which are each more effective than the previous one.
With so many Pokémon spawning during Pokémon GO Fest, youre going to want to have plenty of Poke Balls at your disposal. You will be able to get some during the event as well using these same tactics, but you will definitely be able to prep in advance and get more than you would only during the two day event.
There are a number of different ways to get Poké Balls of the three varieties in the game, so well go over them now to help you prepare for Pokémon Go Fest 2021. First of all is to spin every PokéStop that you see, including Gyms. This will reward you with various items, which almost always include some sort of Poké Balls for you to use.
Similar to the PokéStops are the Gifts you receive from friends in the game. Open up as many as are allowed each day leading up to the event and hope that you have friends to send more to you. This is probably going to be the way to stack up the most Poké Balls overall, but you are still limited by how many friends you have in the game that are regularly sending gifts.

Throw Perfect Curveballs With The ‘l Throw’ Technique
Players have recently discovered a technique that allows you to easily throw a Curveball with almost every attempt.
The process is simple spin the Pokéball going clockwise, then move the ball up the left-most side of the screen, and release at the same height as the Pokémon. Assuming the Pokéemon didn’t move or attack, it should land and start the capture process.
If you position it just right, you’ll also land the ball within the circle, increasing your chances of capture and netting you bonus XP. And of course, if you prefer, you can release the ball on the right-most side of the screen – provided you spin the Pokéball anti-clockwise instead.
YouTube user MegaToys Collector shows the L-throw technique in action:
How Do You Get Pokeballs In Pokemon Go
While just encountering a Pokemon is enough to add it to the Pokedex, it takes Pokeballs to capture and collect one. Complete Research Tasks To Gain Bonuses
Field research tasks are essentially a list of quests given to you when you spin a Pokestop, like, “Use 5 Berries to help catch Pokemon,” or, “Catch 10 Pokemon with Weather Boost.” Completing them successfully gives you various bonuses including Stardust, items, and encounters with rare Pokemon like Jynx. There are currently three kinds of tasks:
Field Research: These are basic goals with a single objective. You get one of these a day and they’re usually something simple like spinning a Pokestop.
Special Research: These tasks are more story-based and give you multiple goals that require several steps to complete, like catching and transferring a Pokemon.
Research Breakthrough: These tasks are based on collecting stamps and give you rewards like Stardust, items, and rare Pokemon encounters.
You can only have up to three tasks at a time, but don’t worry, you can trash a task if you think you can’t complete it successfully. Clearing a task allows you to pick up a new one.
Hit Up Your Local Pokestop For Free Poke Balls
In “Pokemon Go,” players have the ability to interact with actual locations in their environment, whether it’s hunting an elusive Psyduck, training at your local Pokemon gym, or checking out your local Pokestop. What’s a Pokestop? Think of them as your Poke Ball refill station. Pokestops can be anything from an area landmark, to a community location such as your corner bodega or your post office.
As you approach the Pokestop indicated on the map in your game, tap on it. Flick your finger to spin it, and it’ll spit out items â usually free Poke Balls, but can include other nifty items such as eggs you can hatch into Pokemon or even potions. Sometimes you might score a ton of Poke Balls other times, not so much. It’s all the luck of the game.

What Is The Fastest Way To Get Pokeballs
There are few ways to speed up the individual methods of getting Pokeballs so the best way to speed up Pokeball farming is to combine them. Visit Gyms every day and participate in them to get Pokecoins and XP while spinning Photo Discs. Complete research along the way and soon youll find that your resources of not just Pokeballs from stop and Gyms but also of Pokecoins to buy more balls will begin to rise.
Event And Unimplemented Pokeballs
Premier Ball – This white Pokeball is only given to the player during special events. During Raids and when capturing Shadow Pokemon, these Pokeballs are temporarily given to the player. They are the only Pokeballs that can be used on Raid Bosses and Shadow Pokemon and cannot be kept after the events are over, whether you caught the Pokemon or not. Despite their exclusive status, they are effectively just a normal Pokeball when it comes to their capture rate.
Master Ball – This is a legendary Pokeball from the mainline Pokemon games which will capture any Pokemon it is thrown at without fail. While its data is in the files of Pokemon Go, it isnt yet obtainable and it’s unclear if it ever will be. Due to its power, it may be decided that it is too powerful to be obtained in any number larger than one so it may be cut from the game before it makes its debut.

Be Prepared For The Big Event
Pokémon GO Fest 2021 is only a few days away at this point and it is looking to be quite the global event again this year. One of the biggest aspects of GO Fest will be the abundance of Pokémon for you to catch throughout the day, including with higher shiny chances. Being prepared for Pokémon GO Fest 2021 is going to be very important and one of the most important things you are going to want to have are plenty of Poké Balls to catch these different Pokémon with.
Trade Lots Of Pokemon To Get Lucky Ones
From now on, when you trade Pokemon, there’s a chance for them to become Lucky. That means they require less Stardust to power up than regular Pokemon. This makes them easier to train up to become powerful. Every trade won’t result in a lucky Pokemon, but there’s always a chance to get one, so there’s no better time than now to add a friend and try your luck.

How To Get More Poke Balls On ‘pokemon Go’ So You Can Catch All The Zubats
Ever since last Thursday, Pokemon is suddenly cool again. Wait a minute, what year is it? I promise it’s not 1996, even though the phrase “Gotta catch ’em all!” is back in vogue. The Pokemon hype is back thanks to “Pokemon Go,” a new mobile, augmented-reality gaming app from mobile app developer Niantic that has taken mobile phones by storm in less than a week since it was released for free. To make the most out of your “Pokemon Go” game experience, you’ll need a constant supply of Poke Balls â those iconic red and white balls that allow players to “catch” the pocket monsters they encounter in the wild, and here’s how to get more Poke Balls in “Pokemon Go.“
By the way, the Poke Ball feature totally gets at why“Pokemon Go” is so popular right now: The app has basically taken the gameplay featured in the ’90s Pokemon cartoon and transformed it into an actual, real-life game you can play in your hand and on the go â minus Team Rocket stalking you. Now, if you’re out there on the hunt for more Pokemon, you’re going to need a mighty cache of Poke Balls â and here’s how you can bank them without breaking the bank.
How To Win A Raid Battle
Winning a raid battle is not as easy as your average gym match. Boss Pokemon are seriously powerful, with a difficulty ranging from level 1 to level 5. The higher the level, the higher the CP. Fortunately, youre not alone. Anyone who has a Raid Pass can join the battle, with up to 20 players in a a group. Combat is like any gym battle: attacks are the same, you can heal your Pokemon, or even flee and rejoin the battle as long as the raid isnt over.

How To Get Poke Balls In Pokemon Go
One way to get Poke Balls is to level up. As you level up you will be gifted with Poke Balls from time to time. Normally this is a pretty large chunk so leveling up is a great way to get some extra Poke Balls.
The best way to get extra Poke Balls is to visit PokeStops. These are typically businesses, parks or churches that will have a blue symbol over them. When you get close enough, you can click the blue symbol and the name will pop up along with a picture. When the picture is on the screen, spin the picture and it will toss items out at you. You always get Poke Balls from these at the very least. You can also get Eggs, Potions and other useful items every now and then. If you visit the same one frequently you will get reduced items but you still normally get 3 Poke Balls at least. I am not 100% sure on what the re spawn timer is for the PokeStop but it is very low, something like five minutes. Just find yourself a route and take it for an hour or so and you will have Poke Balls to burn. If you are lucky you will work at a place that is a center and you can just farm them at work.

How To Get More Poke Balls
At the start of Pokemon Go, you will be gifted with 50 Poke Balls. However, you will very quickly see how fast these disappear as you start throwing them at Pokemon, especially when youre getting used to the timing.
This is how you get free Poke Balls in Pokemon Go without spending money on PokeCoins. On the world map, youll see floating blue diamonds scattered about. These are PokeStops! Youll need to physically walk to these PokeStops, and when youre in range the blue diamonds will change into circular icons, signifying you can interact with them. Tap and youll see a real picture of the location, otherwise known as a Photo Disc. Spin the Photo Disc with your finger to get free Poke Balls and other items, like Pokemon Candy used to Power Up you Pokemon.
You only receive a limited amount of items from PokeStops with each trip. To get more, youll need to come back later. We dont have an exact amount of time, but you should be able to return to a PokeStop at least 10-15 minutes later, based on our experience with the game.
NOTE:The good news is that you are gifted more Poke Balls every time you level up, so as long as you are consistently catching Pokemon, you should have a steady supply early. When you are mostly getting duplicate Pokemon and the leveling slows down, it can be a bit more of a problem though
