Litwick can be caught in the Motostoke Gym or in one of two wild areas. The first wild option is in Bridge Field during intense sun or fog. The second is at the Motostoke Riverbank during intense sun.

Dusk Stone in the bag, open up your bag menu and head to the Other Items tab to select it and put it to use with one of the Pokemon listed below. Remember that you wont evolve any Pokemon if theyre just holding the stone, you have to actually use the item on the selected monster.

Both Doublade and Lampent can evolve into Aegislash and Chandelure respectively when exposed to a Dusk Stone.
