Finding Shiny Eevee In Pokmon Go

HOW TO GET FREE ITEMS, SHINIES, & MORE WITH THIS NEW POKÉMON GO UPDATE!

It’s important to mention that finding a Shiny Eevee is incredibly rare. However, these are a few ways for players to increase their chances.

  • Trade with Friends: It’s possible that a friend might have an extra Shiny Eevee lying around. For example, there was an Eevee Community Day earlier this year. So friends will likely be willing to part with a Shiny Eevee as long as the player has something worth trading.
  • Pay Attention To The News: This tab can be found on the top-right of the screen and will tell the player about all upcoming events. It’s common for Eevee to be in the spotlight. These events will give trainers a better chance at finding Eevee.

Raid Battles can also be effective at finding a Shiny Eevee or Shiny Leafeon. Currently, Glaceon is appearing in Raid Battles as part of the Pokémon Go holiday event. Both Eevee and Leafeon will likely have their turn in Raid Battles again in the future. In February 2021, trainers can participate in the Johto Tour event. This event is all about Pokémon from the Johto region, including Espeon and Umbreon, Pokémon that Eevee can evolve into and might be a great chance to get a Shiny Eevee.

Pokémon Go is available now on iOS and Android.

That Time He Gave Kids Seizures

So, we all know the time the Pokémon series was responsible for giving kids in Japan seizures, right? We have just one question to ask: Why was Porygon banned from all episodes and not Pikachu? Porygon wasnt the one who gave dozens of Kids Seizures. It was Pikachu when he used Thunderbolt to destroy Team Rockets Missles.

Heck, thinking about it, Team Rocket should have been banned since they used the missiles. We should be following Cassidy and Butch now since they didnt cause children to have Seizures.

How To Get Shiny Pokemon

Obtaining a Shiny Pokemon in Pokemon GO is the same as catching regular Pokemon. In fact, the tricky part about catching Shiny Pokemon is that they arent revealed to be Shinies until after theyve been engaged for battle. Shiny Pokemon will appear as regular colored Pokemon on the map. You must tap on a Pokemon in the wild and engage it in battle to find out if its Shiny or not.

What If You Dont Have The Best Movesets In Pokmon Go

Since the introduction of the Raid Battle system in June 2017, you can get Technical Machines to change your movesets. Two of the possible rewards for beating Raid Bosses are Quick TM and Fast TM, which can be used to change Quick Moves and Charge Moves respectively. Regular TMs are completely random and cannot access Legacy Moves.

Legacy Moves are special moves that were once available for a Pokémon but are no longer. Sometimes they were removed when Niantic re-balanced the game. Some were only available on Community Day or in special Raids. Either way, if a Legacy Move happens to be the best possible move for a Pokémon and you dont have it, you cannot get it with a normal TM. Before you use a TM on any Pokémon, you should always check to see if the move youre changing is a Legacy Move and if that move is worth having. A lot of Legacy Moves dont perform well, but some of them are the best moves in the game.

More recently, Niantic introduced Elite TMs. These TMs are rare, and often difficult to get or expensive, but allow you to choose from any move a Pokémon can have, including Legacy Moves. They arent random either. You get to choose the move. Because of how hard it is to get Elite TMs, youll want to save them for your very best Pokémon, but hey, now you can have a Mewtwo with Shadow Ball and Psystrike!

The Shiny Checking Method

Pokémon Go Shinies

If the Pokemon is available in wild encounters, meaning that it appears on the map nearby and can be encountered by tapping on it at any time it is visible, you can make use of the Shiny checking method.

The Shiny checking method basically works the same as a method used in the main games, where you start as many encounters as you can to check if the Pokemon is a Shiny and if it isnt, you run away and repeat the process with a new Pokemon nearby.

Due to the nature of Pokemon Go wild spawns being less influenceable by players, this method is best suited for the likes of Spotlight hours which feature a high volume of a specific Pokemon around for a prolonged amount of time.

This method also wont work for everything not every Pokemon is available in the wild for instance.

And even then, some of the ones that are available in the wild are so few and far between that you might only ever see one of them every few days, making this method useless in those cases.

Still, knowing about the Shiny checking method can help reduce the chances of ever missing out on wild Shinies by increasing how many wild Pokemon you check before they despawn.

Its not a silver bullet and its not ideal for finding a specific shiny, but its a good start to getting more shinies in general and you can always trade away shinies you dont want for other shinies you do want.

A Comprehensive List Of Every Available Pokmon Go Shiny

In Pokémon Go, shiny hunting can often feel like a futile endeavour with endless encounters and bad luck, as when seen in the wild shiny Pokémon look just like any other common monster this is where our guide comes in handy. Just like in the mainline series, shiny Pokémon are exceptionally rare, but that is what makes them an important status symbol for any long-time Pokémon Go player.

In simple terms, each Pokémon Go Shiny is a colour variant and nothing more. Some Pokémon have shiny forms almost indistinguishable from their standard styles, such as Pikachu, and Gastly, which both look like dimmed down versions of their standard forms. Others are on the complete opposite side of the spectrum, with the traditionally pink Lickitung having a golden shiny variant.

Shiny Pokémon did not feature in the initial release of Pokémon Go. They made their debut in March 2017 with the surprise release of shiny Magikarp, which can evolve into the powerful shiny red Gyarados, who looks very impressive when battling other trainers. PokeStops can be incredibly difficult to come across so having the chance to grind for PokeBalls can be difficult without needing to travel several miles to the nearest populated city. With COVID-19, the game has implemented a few ways to make the game more home friendly to avoid putting their player base in danger. These additions have made it much easier to grind for items and build up the players Pokemon collection. This guide will show players how they can get more PokeBalls.

HOW TO GET A SHINY POKEMON IN POKEMON GO!!! (TOP 7 WAYS TO GET A SHINY)

How to find Pokemon Go Shiny List and which shinnies are easy or possible to get or present ready to use in Pokemon go games?

The first shiny Pokemon in Pokemon go games were Magikarp and Gyarados, in a recall or return call to what was, for most players, the first shiny they ever caught: the red Gyarados at Pokemon gold, silver, and crystals lake of rage. They will not appear as a different color in the field, so you have to try to complete to catch them first. They are found merely trying to catch Pokemon game and seeing if they display as an alternate color in the battle and post-battle screens.

A shiny animal of any type known to be a creature is scarce, so itâs merely a skill of checking everything you are looking for such as Magikarp in the hope it will be a different color. Many times the change is somewhat hard to notice or see.

Around 5 months after shiny Magikarp was first able to see, and now we are ready and started to see the first sign of other shinies. Though the list became large significantly after the coming of Magikarp and red Gyarados, the number is slightly compared to the number of non-shiny creatures in the game. Here there is every possible shiny creature you get in the game excluding the recently added adventure week spawns courtesy of Nidos Pokemon Go Games.

These Waters Are Treacherous

Possible encounters feature Water type Pokémon. There are two possible groups that may appear with this taunt.

Pokémon #1
Poliwag

Best counter: Alolan Exeggutor, Sceptile, Leafeon, Tangrowth, Raikou, Magnezone

Grunts using this taunt will use the Poliwag evolution line, as well as other dual water/ground types. We suggest using Grass or Electric type counters like Alolan Exeggutor, Sceptile, Leafeon, Tangrowth, Raikou, Magnizon, Electivire, Jolteon, or Zapdos. There is potential for counter moves from Go Rocket Pokémon with access to ground and ice type attacks. Venusaur and Roserade are good options against Poliwraths Fighting moves.

Pokémon #1
Gyarados

The other format for the Pokémon this grunt may have is either triple Magikarp, which any Roserade, or other strong grass type will make quick work of, or two Magikarp followed by a Gyarados. In case you encounter a Gyarados, bring out your Electric Pokemon, as it has potential to access ice type moves that will make quick work of your grass types.

How Do I Catch A Shiny

Shiny Pokémon can be encountered in the wild randomly. You can also get Shiny Pokémon from raids and as Field Research Task rewards.

Note that evolved forms of Pokémon cannot be caught in the wild Shiny. This means youll never see a Shiny Blastoise in the wild, though you will find Shiny Squirtles. Pikachu, Nidorina, and Nidoqueen are the exceptions to this rule.

How To Spot A Shiny

EASY SHINY POKEMON in POKEMON GO! Pokemon Go Shiny Hunting Guide!

Usually, you can only determine if a pokemon is shiny by tapping on it. This can be pretty tedious, especially during a Community Day when you have a limited time window to catch pokemon. By switching to the AR mode, you can save quite a bit of time. This is because in AR mode, everything loads just a little bit faster. This will save you time when you are shiny hunting to keep checking on spawns.

To have the right mode on to do this, first make sure that the one called Niantic AR in your settings is not selected in the setting sections. On a wild pokemon encounter screen, slide the small bar in the upper right hand corner over by tapping on it. After you do it for one wild pokemon encounter, it will default to doing that for every encounter following that.

Shinies are a rare treasure that should be highly valued and if you ever find one, give yourself a pat on the back. Theres no particular miracle magic trick to finding one, but with these tips, you now know how to hunt for one better and faster!
