Pokemon Go: Best Poison
Poison is a bit of a strange case. In the main series, it makes its paycheck with the use of the poisoned status condition and other stat- and condition-affecting trickery. But, since that stuff doesn’t really exist in Pokemon GO, Poison is reduced to the same strategy as every other type: don’t go up against your weakness, and maximize your damage output. Unfortunately, Poison has never been great at sheer damage output, so that didn’t translate to it being one of the better types in GO. With that said, it can be useful against Grass- and Fairy-types, when necessary.
The actual best Poison-type is without question Mega Gengar, but since it lacks a Poison-type fast move, we’re going to exclude it here. But, even with another type fast move, it’ll outpace the rest of the best Poison-type attackers. Mega Venusaur suffers the same problem. It’s probably the second-place contestant against Mega Gengar, and even beats it in TDO, but it has no Poison-type fast move.
As for the best Pokemon with two Poison-type moves, your best bet is Mega Beedrill with Poison Jab + Sludge Bomb. Against Grass-types, though, its fast Bug-type move, Bug Bite, will do a bit better than Poison Jab. As of now, Mega Beedrill remains a fantastic Poison-type attacker but goes down quickly, so try to hit hard with its massive max Attack before it’s taken down. As we mentioned in the Bug-type section, it’s also fantastic how cheap it is to evolve a Weedle up to Beedrill, for what that’s worth.
How Do Evolutions Work
If youre new to Pokemon Go, you may not be entirely familiar with the evolutions of these animated creatures so well give you a quick run-down. If youve been playing for a while you can skip this step and get straight to evolving Eevee.
When you catch a Pokemon you can use it in raid battles, send it away, or keep it and evolve it into something new. Usually, evolving your companion means that it will become stronger and more powerful than the original. Sometimes the Pokemon will keep similar physical attributes to the original, but some look entirely different.
You can evolve your Pokemon by feeding it candy. Sometimes it takes a lot of time and candy, other times not so much. Eevee for example, needs 25 candies to evolve.
Before evolving your Pokemon, check out the PokeDex to see what they can turn into. Each evolution has a different strength and weakness so check that out before doing anything.
What About Secondary Charge Moves In Pokmon Go
With PvP Trainer Battles, Niantic also introduced secondary Charge Moves. You can buy them with Stardust and Candy, and TM them to whatever it is you need. So, what do you need? Typically, variety. If the best Charge Move is a full bar, get a secondary that’s multi-bar. If there are two possible types for the Charged move, get both. For example, a Mewtwo with Shadow Ball or Psystrike is incredible, but one with both? Gamebreaker! However, adding a second Charge Move is expensive so make sure there is a good secondary move before spending on this upgrade.

Pokmon Go Eevee Evolution Names
Without the naming trick, the ways to get the Eevee evolution you want are a bit more complex. Flareon, Jolteon, and Vaporeon all evolve randomly when you evolve an Eevee. You need to walk with Umbreon and Espeon as your buddy Pokémon for 10 kilometers, and then evolved them during the night and day, respectively. You can only obtain Leafeon and Glaceon when theyre evolved near a Mossy or Glacial Lure, respectively. Sylveon normally requires earning 70 hearts as your buddy Pokémon, but this number has been reduced to 7 for the event.

Pokemon Go: Best Fire
Fire-types are often widely beloved by fans, and the best Fire-types are nothing but abundant. You have a ton of choices when looking for a good Fire-type Pokemon, especially with how many Legendaries, Starters, and Mega Evolutions sport the type and great offensive prowess.
The current reigning is Mega Charizard Y, though its grip on the top spot is shaky, with Mega Blaziken looming just around the corner, ready to pounce and take its place. One of a handful of Pokemon to reach a TDO over 1,000 , M-Charizard Y is going to really tear through the competition. Mega Charizard X is also fantastic, while slightly lower in terms of overall damage output compared to its twin. However, X doesn’t have the double weakness to Rock like Y does, which is something to consider. It falls behind the other Mega ‘zard in overall TDO and DPS, but it’s still one of the best Pokemon on the game, and the boost it gives to other Dragon-types while it’s on the field is not something to ignore. Keep X to being a Dragon-type attacker, and let Y take up the Fire-type mantle of the family.
Shadow Moltres, which also suffers from that double Rock-weakness, surpasses Mega Charizard X in terms of DPS, but only slightly, and falls behind on TDO. Despite this, it’s one of the best Pokemon in the game, and will absolutely dominate as either a Fire-type or a Flying-type dealer’s choice.
How To Evolve Eevee Into Glaceon
Glaceon is an Ice-type Eevee evolution first introduced in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.
Yes you can also obtain an Ice Stone from the set of rocks on the hill in the Lake of Outrage region in the Wild Area, or, as a reward from the Digging Duo.

Evolutionary Stone And Item Locations
Pokémon can evolve in many different ways. One of these ways is by evolutionary stone or item. The difference between these two is that an evolutionary stone is used on a Pokémon and then causes instant Evolution, while an evolutionary item is held by a Pokémon and then causes Evolution when a certain event happens, such as if the Pokémon is traded or leveled up. Both evolutionary items and stones are consumed upon the Pokémons Evolution. Read more about Evolution

Ranked: Fixed Broadband Internet Speeds
The Speedtest Global Index uses data from hundreds of millions of people, in more than 190 countries, to measure both fixed broadband and mobile connections.
When it comes to the fastest fixed broadband, Singapore comes in first place, with a download speed of 262.2 mbpsmore than double the global average.
Size could be a factor in Singapores speedy internet, as its one of the smallest and also densest countries in the world. With a landmass of just 280 square miles, its around the same size as Austin, Texas.
The countrys government has also prioritized investment in digital infrastructure, especially in recent years. In 2020, the Singaporean government promised to invest $2.52 billion towards digital innovation, with a portion dedicated to upgrading the countrys telecom infrastructure.
At the opposite end of the spectrum, Cuba has the slowest fixed broadband, with a speed of 3.46 mbps. Along with poor government funding, Cuba also has limited access to submarine cables. While most countries are connected to several, Cuba is only connected to one.

Accept The Harsh Reality Pokmon Fans The Franchise Has Evolved
Get this. Pokémon is the highest-grossing entertainment media franchise of all time.
Since the debut of the first game in 1995, the total revenue the creators of the video game series has made is a whopping US$90 billion.
To put things into perspective, the franchise is worth more than Disneys Star Wars, Mickey Mouse, and Marvel.
To date, 340 million units of the games have been sold, making Pokémon the second best-selling video game franchise after Mario another popular title created for Nintendo.
So its no surprise why many hardcore fans of the series are fuming at the new direction that the creators of the game are taking.
The recently announced Generation 8 titles, Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, will no longer have the National Dex. This means, players no longer need to collect more than 800 of the critters.
To add salt to the injury, fans will no longer be able to transfer several of their Pokémon from older generations on to the Nintendo Switch, which the new titles were made for.
In short: Gotta catch em all is over.
Now, fans will only be able to park their older Pokémon on Pokémon Home and wait for future titles which hopefully would come with codes that would allow them within the game.
The decision, alas, has split die hard fans of the series.
With over 800 Pokémon since the series began 24 years ago, many fans are understanding and forgiving with Game Freaks direction.
Yet, why did The Pokémon Company decide on a radical, earth shattering decision?
Pokemon Go: Best Ghost
Ghost-types are often phenomenal, especially in matchups against Psychic-types. Given the high number of Psychic-type Legendaries, this comes in handy often. Shadow Ball is also one of the best moves in the game, so the fact that Ghost-types get STAB from it is very appealing.
Currently the only Ghost-type Mega Evolution in the game, Mega Gengar soars above the rest of the spooky crew. Its massive max Attack stat of 349 and access to fantastic moves make it one of the best Pokemon in the entire game, regardless of type. Lick and Shadow Claw are mostly interchangeable, but either one should be paired with Shadow Ball. Mega Gengar is so strong that it actually ranks as one of the best Dark-type attackers, too. It’ll be joined eventually by Mega Sableye and Mega Banette, but neither should pose much of a threat to M-Gengar’s top spot.
Chandelure, the Ghost/Fire-type from Gen V, was a fantastic Ghost-type then, and it is in Pokemon GO, too. It ranks high for both DPS and TDO, and its type combination is both useful and interesting. It makes for one of the best Ghost-type attackers, as well as one of the best Fire-type attackers, giving it some use for either function. Fore pure damage-per-second, it ranks third, and for total damage output, fifth. Plus, the fact that it doesn’t need to be Shadow or Mega Evolved is very, very nice.

Best Moveset For Espeon Pokemon Go
- Confusion + Future Sight
Thats it. Confusion and Future Sight are all Espeon needs to shine. Confusion has a lengthier animation than Psycho Cut found on other alternatives, so be careful if you need to dodge. Combined with Future Sight, however, theres a lot of damage potential here. Sadly Espeon isnt worth considering in any PVP league.
Pokmon Go Eeveelutions: How To Evolve Eevee Into Evolutions Slyveon Leafeon Glaceon Umbreon Espeon Vaporeon Flareon And Jolteon With These Eevee Names
Heres how Eevee evolutions work. If you choose to evolve Eevee without any meddling by feeding it 25 Eevee candy then itll turn to Vaporeon, Jolteon or Flareon at random.
However, players have discovered a trick that allows you to target any of Sylveon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Espeon, Umbreon, Flareon, Jolteon or Vaporeon by using one of the following Eevee names:
- Rename Eevee as Kira to evolve into fairy-type Sylveon
- Rename Eevee as Linnea to evolve into leaf-type Leafeon
- Rename Eevee as Rea to evolve into ice-type Glaceon
- Rename Eevee as Sakura to evolve into psychic-type Espeon
- Rename Eevee as Tamao to evolve into dark-type Umbreon
- Rename Eevee as Rainer to evolve into water-type Vaporeon
- Rename Eevee as Sparky to evolve into lightning-type Jolteon
- Rename Eevee as Pyro to evolve into fire-type Flareon
Important note the trick only works once per evolution type, so make sure you choose Eevees with the best CP values before you evolve them into the type you want.
Thank you to redwineandbeer from reddit for confirming the nickname for Sylveon.
That said, for select Eevee evolutions, its possible to get the specific types you want through a second method

|Final Stat Values||HP 169 / Def. 130 / Sp. Atk. 200 / Sp. Def. 115 / Spd. 89|
This set takes advantage of Glaceon’s high base Special Attack to make it a wicked Special hitter. As it learns Freeze-Dry for the first time in this generation, it can run roughshod over Water types, but the loss of Hidden Power, available in previous generations, sharply restricts the potential of its moveset. This change has made it abundantly clear which matchups Glaceon can handle, and which ones it can’t.
Its EVs are set to allow it to outspeed a Corviknight with 4 EVs in Speed, and even when going head-to-head with one it can survive a hit from Iron Head or Body Press. Blizzard or Ice Beam can take it out in two hits.

Pokemon Go: Best Psychic
Ah, Psychic what a fun type to look at in Pokemon GO. It once ruled the meta in Gen I before they nerfed it with the addition of the Dark-type in the Johto games, and while not as egregious, it still dominates in GO, too. This is thanks to two of the best Pokemon in the entire game, Mewtwo and Metagross, finding their homes in the Psychic-typing. Mewtwo, in particular, is comically good, as we’ll see here.
The top two Psychic attackers are Shadow Mewtwo and… regular Mewtwo. They’ll be displaced one day, though, by Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Mewtwo Y. Well, at least it’s easy to remember. Looking for something other than these four, even if it has low DPS but still-ridiculous TDO? Consider Armored Mewtwo!
Should you have trouble finding a Mewtwo or a Shadow Mewtwo, you aren’t out options, though, as Metagross is one of the other best Pokemon in the game, and it’s a Psychic-type as well. Regular Metagross has been pushed down the list a bit by Shadow Pokemon, but it also received a Shadow form, making it one of the highest-reaching attackers in the entire game. With a DPS of 20.02 and TDO of just below a thousand, Shadow Metagross isn’t going to be stopped by much. The only issue with Psychic-attacker Metagross is that it has better use elsewhere. With a Steel-type moveset, Shadow Metagross launches itself even further up the charts, so it’s better to opt for that and leave the Psychic-type attacks to Mewtwo and the rest of the gang.
Pokemon Go: Best Grass
Grass is not typically considered an offensive type. Like Poison, it makes use of other strategies instead of pure damage output, like sleep and paralysis conditions, health-sapping moves, and more. However, Grass-type attackers see a lot of use against the all-too-common Rock/Ground combo, as well as being one of Water’s only two weaknesses. In the battle of Rock, Ground, and Water, Grass is good against all of them. Additionally, Grass is often paired with a secondary typing that allows it some more utility, depending on the context.
Venusaur is already a bulk monster, but that’s increased heavily by its Mega Evolution. Mega Venusaur sports an absolutely unbelievable max stat spread of 241 in Attack, 246 in Defense, and 190 in Stamina. This Grass/Poison-type is going to be standing for a long, long time, giving it massive TDO of ~1,005 points. The Grass-type move given to all Grass starters on Community Day, Frenzy Plant, is an extremely attractive factor. It’s easily one of the best moves in the game, and paired with the fast energy generation of Vine Whip, Mega Venusaur is a force to be reckoned with. It will one day be outclassed by Mega Sceptile, but for now, this bulky plant dino is here to soak up damage and deal it back out with ease.
Following Mega Venusaur is some other Grass-types with good bulk and decent TDO.
