What Time Is The Roselia Community Day In Pokmon Go
The Roselia Community Day 2021 for Pokémon Go starts at the local time of 11:00 on February 7th.
While the Roselia Community Day 2021 starts at the above hour, it will then finish for Pokémon Go players at 17:00 local time on the same day.

Is Roselia Community Day Box Worth It
Here are the contents of the Roselia CD box, which should appear in the in-game store when the event starts in your time zone.

The cost of all of this is 1280 PokéCoins, which works out to around $ 13 if bought at the lowest level, although you can get a big discount on coins by buying in bulk. So its a pretty simple equation for you to decide if the Roselia Community Day box is worth it for you. Insense costs 40 coins per coin while Super Incubators cost 200. With these items alone, the box is worth 960 PokéCoins.
Elite FastTM is a special item, given as a reward in GO Battle League and other bundles like this. Its hard to determine its value, but many players consider them to be one of the most valuable items in the game. However, FastTMs are much more common and less useful than ChargedTMs, so many players have had enough of them already. that they dont feel the need of the Elite. Unlike classic FastTMs, this one allows you to specifically select which fast attack the Pokémon will get, including exclusive moves such as those offered during Community Days.

It will a bit of a snowy Pokemon GO Community Day here in Philadelphia, but the Pokemon, at least, is a bit of a promise of better days to come. February may still be solidly winter, but the featured Pokemon has a distinctly spring-like air to it: the flowery Roselia, a charming little creature that packs a deceptive punch once it evolves. Heres what you need to know, from start/end times to research, moves, shiny, Budew and Sinnoh Stones.
Start/End Times: I do wonder if Niantic will ever reduce this back to three hours, but for now the pandemic isnt going anywhere, and were still on the extended hours. Its on Sunday, February 7, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.
The Pokemon: Roselia is a fun little critter, but as usual, the evolution steals the show. Roserade might not look it, but its a beast: a strong Grass-type attacker and a great choice for raids and team Rocket battles. Use it to annihilate Water, Ground and Rock-type Pokemon in no time, and grab some of the candies from this event to round it out with extra moves, higher CP and all that good stuff.
Research: The event special research Stop and Smell the Roselia! is currently available in the shop for $1 or the local equivalent. Well know more about the steps and rewards once Community Day goes live in New Zealand and people have a chance to check it out. There will also be some timed research for those that choose not to buy.

Hatching Xp Or Stardust Boosts
Niantic adds one last perk into the Community Day package:
- A 3x increase for XP gained from catching a Pokémon, or
- A 3x increase fo Stardust gained from catching a Pokémon, or
- A 4x increase for Egg hatching speed
These perks stack with rate increasing items So consider stocking up Lucky Eggs, Star Pieces and Super Incubators, to further boost their respective perks.

How Do I Make The Most Of December Community Day
Tons of bonuses will be active from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day in your local time, so you should take advantage. Catch XP and Stardust will be doubled, and Incubators will hatch eggs in half the steps, so you should use any bonus items that you have.

From Dec. 17-20, players will also get to do one extra special trade per day, and trades will cost 25% less Stardust, so if you have good Pokémon to swap around, this is also a great time to do it.

Monthly Community Days are the main pillar of the Pokémon GO calendar: every month, for six hours on a Saturday or Sunday, a featured collectable monster is set loose in greater numbers than usual. With a selection of great perks increased shiny rates, exclusive moves and other boosts its an excellent opportunity to get out in numbers, meet other players and work on completing your Pokédex.
In this regularly updated guide, well let you know when to catch the next Community Day, as well as what to expect and how to prepare.
What Worked In This Pokmon Go Event
- The spawns were fixed: Last month, Niantic tried something out with Machop Community Day that did not work. They completely nerfed non-event spawns, with some trainers reporting that they saw one non-Machop spawn throughout the entire event. Things were back to normal this time, with a mixture of Roselia and other, standard spawns. This is much preferable, because it gives those who arent interested in this event something else to do.
- Two moves: This is the first time we have seen a Pokémon get two exclusive Community Day moves in one day. While the moves werent great , this sets a good precedent going forward.
- The ticketed research: This was also back to normal after last months Machop research nerfed the rewards.

Will There Be Shiny Roselia
Yes, shiny Roselia will be out in full force, in addition to shiny Budew and shiny Roserade, of course. If you want a shiny Budew you should be looking to hatch as many 2km eggs as possible on the day and cross your fingers. Luckily any eggs placed in an incubator during the event will only require 25% of the usual distance, so only 500m. Easy.
If you want a shiny Roserade you should be aiming to catch a shiny Roselia and evolve it.

Niantic has announced a new three-hour Community Day Classic to run in addition the the standard Community Day.

It’s unclear whether this will be a continuing event going forward Niantic describes it as “a special treat” for the Season of Heritage” but the first Community Day Classic will give players the chance to catch evergreen classic Bulbasaur again. Details below:
- The next Pokémon GO Community Day Classic will feature Bulbasaur
- This Community Day will run on Saturday 22nd January 2022 from 2pm – 5pm local time
- Evolving Ivysaur during the event or up to two hours afterward to get you a Venusaur that knows the Charged Attack Frenzy Plant
- The chosen Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild for the duration of the event, with an increased chance of finding a Shiny version

Wer Roselia während des Events und bis spätestens 19 Uhr zu Roserade entwickelt, dann beherrscht dieses die Feuer-Lade-Attacke Meteorologe sowie die Sofort-Attacke Kugelsaat .
Weitere Boni: Während des Events wird die Distanz zum Ausbrüten von Eiern auf ein Viertel reduziert. Das gilt, wenn ihr Eier während des Events in Brutmaschinen steckt und hält auch danach noch an. Ebenso läuft Rauch wieder drei Stunden lang.

Shiny: Youre looking, appropriately enough, at the roses here. The shiny features a striking pair of purple and deep black flowers, and its basically the same when you evolve it to Roserade, with most of the coloring staying intact save the shift on the roses.
The Moves: See the s there? Not a typo! Two moves this time around: the fast attack bullet seed and the Fire-type charged attack Weather Ball. The second is the more interesting one: a coverage move, probably best paired with a traditional Grass-type move to make sure you can still use Roserade as a powerful pure Grass-type.
The Bonus: Pretty straightforward here: 1/4 hatch distance for eggs placed into incubators during the event. A solid bonus, but always an expensive one if you want to take full advantage of it. Weve also got the standard 3-hour incense.
Other Community Day Bonuses
In addition to increased Roselia spawns, a few other in-game bonuses will be active during February’s Community Day. First, eggs that are placed in an Incubator during the event will hatch at a quarter of their usual distance. Second, any Incense that you use during the event will remain active for three hours rather than the usual 60 minutes.
Additionally, Niantic will be selling a special Roselia Community Day bundle in Pokemon Go’s in-game shop. The bundle will cost 1,280 PokeCoins and includes the following items:

While there have been a ton of Pokémon GO events lately, everyone still gets excited for a new community day. These multi hour events star a single Pokémon, making them spawn much more frequently while offering activities that offer big rewards. But with so much going on it can be tough keeping track of it all. To help, heres our Pokémon GO Roselia Community Day guide giving you everything you need to know to get the most out of the event.
Pokmon Go December 2021 Community Day Bonuses
There are a number of different bonuses that will be live during the event hours. These are as follows:
Incense will last for three hours Lure Modules will last for three hours Eggs placed in Incubators with hatch in ½ the time Catch XP will be doubled Catch Stardust will be doubled
As an extra bonus, from 1pm on Friday 17th December until 11.59pm local time on Sunday 19th December, you will also be able to do one extra special trade every day, and each trade you do will cost 25% less stardust. Special trades are used for Pokémon not in your Pokédex, or for Legendary or Shiny forms, so this will offer you the chance to do six over the weekend instead of the usual three. A great chance to fill your Pokédex up a bit, or grab that shiny Pokémon off a friend.

What Is The Roselia Community Day Exclusive Move Is It Worth Evolving
Evolving Roselia into Roserade during the Community Day event or up to two hours after will result in it having the exclusive move Weather Ball . This special move is boosted from 50 power to 100 power when it is weather boosted by Clear/Sunny weather. For the first time though youll also get an exclusive Fast attack with Roserade ending up with Bullet Seed.
Is Weather Ball a useful move? In PvP it kind of is, given how odd the type matching is. Putting a Grass type attacker into battle and hitting the opponent with a Fire charged attack will surprise anyone not in the know about this event. It makes for some interesting meta, even if Roserade isnt a top tier combatant in GO Battle League. So its worth it, if you want to open up your PvP options, but otherwise you can likely skip the evolutionexcept theres the Fast move to consider.
Bullet Seed is a bit more confusing. It charges your charged attack quicker than the current best fast move, Razor Leaf. However, this benefit might not be enough for you. Overall, unless youre deep into the meta of Pokémon GO PvP and PvE you can likely evolve a couple Roselia and leave the rest to evolve later for more specific purposes.
