Team Go Rocket Balloon
After July 7th 2020, the Team GO Rocket balloon started to appear. Sometimes, while you have the game open, a balloon will drop down above you, only for you, and will off you a Team GO Rocket battle. If you have no Rocket Radars, you will face a grunt. If you have a Rocket Radar, you will get a Team GO Rocket Leader and if you have a Super Rocket Radar you will encounter Giovanni or his decoys.
The balloons will appear once in every 6 hour period from 12am to 6am, 6am to 12pm, 12pm to 6pm and 6pm to 12am.
Best Seedot Counters In Pokemon Go
You have some choices here as Seedot can be taken down with Bug, Fire, Flying, Ice and Poison moves.
Most players who’ve been playing Pokemon Go for a while will probably have several of these types of Pokemon in their arsenal. So if you’ve got a Charizard that you’ve been training up since the early days of the game, now would be a great time to send it into battle.
Charizard’s attacks, such as Fire Spin and Blast Burn, should make short work of Seedot, but any Ice, Rock, Steel or Electric ones should do the job just fine as long as they are relatively powerful.
Best Poliwrath Counters In Pokemon Go
Fairy, Flying, Psychic, Electric and Grass-type moves are all ones that Poliwrath is not a fan of as they can do some serious damage – so pick one of those!
Mewtwo is the choice of Pokemon again here to make quick work of this scrap, but again, there are other Pokemon to choose from if you don’t have one as Alakazam, Moltres, Metagross and Raikou will also put up a good fight.

Tyranitar Sharpedo Or Torterra
Once Cliff’s second Pokemon has been defeated, there’s only one left to deal with before a trainer can claim victory. Cliff’s last Pokemon can be Tyranitar, Sharpedo, or Torterra.
Against his infamous Tyranitar, use one of these Pokemon:
- Conkeldurr with Counter and Dynamic Punch in its arsenal
- Lucario using Counter and Aura Sphere
- Sirfetch’d harnessing the attacks Counter and Close Combat
Cliff’s Sharpedo can be countered using:
- Machamp that knows Karate Chop and Dynamic Punch
- Breloom equipped with Counter and Dynamic Punch
- Heracross wielding the moves Counter and Megahorn
Torterra won’t last long against these creatures:
- Weavile using Ice Shard and Avalanche
- Mewtwo that knows Psycho Cut and Ice Beam
- Mamoswine with the attacks Powder Snow and Avalanche
Pokemon GO gamers have nothing to worry about when battling against this Team GO Rocket leader, as long as they know the right counters to bring with them to the fight. Learning the correct type-advantages will allow a player to effectively counter and defeat all of Cliff’s Pokemon.

Arlo Pokemon Go June : Shadow Pokemon And Counters
Trainers, the Team Go Rocket Leaders Sierra, Arlo, and Cliff are available to battle in the game and our goal is to use the best Pokemon against them and show them whos the real boss.
The Team Go Rocket Leader Arlo is one of the three TGR Leaders and just like the others, players must have the right counters when in battle. Trust me, Arlo can also be a huge pain in the neck.
Just like the rest of the TGR team, Arlo uses three different lineups in battle and different Shadow Pokemon.
Should I Purify Mewtwo
Players should not purify Shadow Mewtwo. Though its likely tempting to instantly get a high-CP Mewtwo without much effort, Shadow Mewtwos damage output is significantly higher than a regular Mewtwo because of how the Shadow Pokemon mechanics work in the game.

Pokemon Go: Countering All Of Sierra’s Pokemon
Sierra’s team of Shadow Pokemon in Pokemon GO will begin with Sneasel each time, serving as the lead on the team before the bigger hitters come out to fight in her second and third team slots.
Fortunately, thanks to type weaknesses and an established meta of Pokemon moves for beating the Rockets, taking down Sierra’s team in Pokemon GO can be made much easier. The rock-paper-scissors nature of the game makes for weaknesses in any trainer’s team, and the super effective damage dealt can help clear Sierra’s Pokemon out of the way faster.
For Pokemon GO trainers looking to counter Sneasel, they can try using:
- Lucario using Counter and Power-Up Punch.
- Conkledurr using Counter and Dynamic Punch.
- Machamp using Counter and Close Combat.
- Blaziken using Counter and Focus Blast.
- Hariyama using Counter and Superpower.
- Emboar using Low Kick and Focus Blast.
Once Sneasel has been beaten, things get trickier. Sierra will send out one of three Pokemon between Ampharos, Gliscor, or Granbull. It won’t be apparent which Pokemon will be selected until they hit the field, so gameplanning for them can be tough. All the same, there are effective counters dependent on which Pokemon she selects.
To counter Ampharos, Pokemon GO trainers can send out:
When it comes to beating Gliscor, effective counters include:
Beating Granbull in Pokemon GO can be made much easier using these Pokemon and moves:
Countering Houndoom can happen in many ways, but is made easy by:
