  • What’s new? Mega Evolution has arrived in Pokémon Go and Pokémon Home integration is coming later this year

Mega Evolution is here

Mega Evolution has arrived in Pokémon Go.

In Pokémon Go, Mega Evolution is a temporary effect which requires a resource called Mega Energy. When a Pokémon has enough Mega Energy itll be possible to Mega Evolve it and once a Pokémon has been Mega Evolved once, it wont require as much energy to get it to that state again in the future. Mega Energy can be gathered by taking part in Mega Raids and the amount of Mega Energy you get from a Raid is determined by how fast you beat the starring Mega-Evolved Pokémon.

At the moment, there are only four Pokémon which can be Mega Evolved: Beedrill, Charizard, Blastoise and Venusaur. From October 23, Mega Gengar will be replacing Mega Venusaur in Mega Raids. Its also only possible to have one Mega-Evolved Pokémon at a time, so if you have a Mega-Evolved Venusaur but decide to Mega Evolve your Blastoise, Venusaur will return to its normal form.

You can use your Mega-Evolved mon in Gyms, Raids and in battles against friends but you cant leave them as Gym defenders and nor is it possible to compete in the Battle League with them. Not only are these Pokémon more powerful than the average, when youre using them to battle in Raids, they give a nice little attack boost to all the Pokémon youre fighting alongside.

The Old Pokmon Games Need Nintendo Switch Ports

Pokémon should port the Gen 1, 2, and 3 games to the Nintendo Switch so that fans can buy titles lost to obsolete gaming systems and enjoy them again.

For many fans of Pokémon, the games that got them into the series have been lost to time. Currently relegated to ageing cartridges, the older Pokémon titles need to be ported to a modern system like the Nintendo Switch so that fans wanting to go back and play the original games can access them more easily. Porting the older generation Pokémon games to Switch would fix the age-induced accessibility issues for these titles and remove the risk of players downloading illegitimate ports in hopes of playing through a favorite generation one more time.

Pokémon games have been coming out since 1996, starting with the original Game Boy, and have steadily released through the evolution of Nintendo handheld consoles. Because of this, Pokémongames predating the 3DS have been left behind as their consoles become obsolete or break down. While some players may have a copy of every game stored away, working consoles may no longer be accessible without a substantial cost, making playing these older titles difficult.

Pokemon Go Adds New Pokemon In Dragon

A new Dragon-type Pokemon is coming to Pokemon Go, and this one will have its Shiny form immediately introduced to the game. Earlier today, Pokemon Go revealed new details about the Dragonspiral Descent event, a new event that runs from December 7th to December 12th. As its name suggests, the Dragonspiral Descent event focuses on Pokemon found at the Dragonspiral Tower, a location in the Unova region. The event will feature increased spawn rates of Fire-type, Electric-type, and Ice-type Pokemon, including Pokemon like Vulpix, Seel, Dratini, Dragonair, Mareep, Sneasel, Trapinch, Vibrava, Blitzle, Darumaka and Deino. Dragonair, Vibrava, and Deino will all be rare encounters during the event.

The event will also feature the debut of Druddigon, a Dragon-type Pokemon first spotted in Pokemon Black and White. The Pokemon’s Shiny form will immediately be included in the game. However, Druddigon itself won’t appear in the wild during the event. Instead players will need to either face the Pokemon in 3-Star Raids or complete Field Research to find the Pokemon. Druddigon will also be one of the rewards for the event’s Collection Challenge.

Can You Use Pok Ball Plus With Switch Lite

Its an exclusive Nintendo Switch controller shaped to look like a Poké Ball from the Pokémon series. It was originally designed to be used with Lets Go, Pikachu! and Lets Go, Eevee!. Due to its fun shape and functionality, this accessory is a great one to have whether youre playing these games on your Nintendo Switch or the Switch Lite.

The motion controls allow you to mimic the action of throwing Poké Balls at Pokémon to capture them while playing the Lets Go games. A second player can also control their own Poké Ball Plus controller and play alongside player one in local co-op to help them catch Pokémon.

Outside of the Switch games, the Poké Ball Plus also works with the mobile phone app, Pokémon Go. Once synced with your phone, this unique controller alerts mobile gamers when a Pokémon appears nearby by lighting up and vibrating. You dont even have to be looking at your phone to know something showed up. Once notified, you only need to press a button to throw a virtual ball at your target. The LED on the controller will change color to let you know if you successfully caught anything. Additionally, this accessory counts your steps, allowing you to hatch incubating Eggs or earn Candy for your Buddy Pokémon.

*can I Use Switch Lite With Nintendo Labo/labo Vr

Hmm, well heres the problem. The software will boot up and you should be able to construct your Toy-Con with no problems using Switch Lite, and a pair of Joy-Con should enable you to operate some of them without a hitch. However, anything which involves the direct interaction between cardboard and the base console wont work with Switch Lite.

The Labo VR Goggles, for example, wont house Switch Lite because of the smaller form factor. Likewise, Switch Lite will not fit inside the Toy-Con House, either. If youre incredibly creative, there might be homemade workarounds, but if youre buying a Switch and you want to play with the Nintendo Labo sets, we strongly recommend you get the standard Switch for which it was designed.

ZARUDE IS COMING TO POKÉMON GO!! NEW SPECIAL RESEARCH EVENT!

Pokemon fans have been fighting for this capability since the Nintendo Switch was released. The Virtual Console has been a haven for fans of the older Pokemon games. The 3DS version allowed players to jump into the classics and play them as if it was a Game Boy at their fingertips.

The Nintendo Switch has no such capability at this point. In regards to main series games, it only allows Sword and Shield and the Lets Go series. That will soon change with the release of the Diamond and Pearl remakes.

New spin-off games, such as New Pokemon Snap and Pokemon Legends Arceus, are on the horizon too. They are sure to bring many fresh and exciting adventures, but nothing can top the experience, the sounds, and the joy, of the older Pokemon games.

Is It Possible To Hack Nintendo Switch And Switch Lite

Most methods use a system vulnerability that allows, through software, hardware or a combination of both, to inject software into the system that allows third-party code to be executed without any problem. This is obviously used to load illegal copies of Nintendo titles, as well as install other additional applications for all kinds of purposes.

But Nintendo has gotten tired, so they have filed two complaints with which they will try to stop the negotiations and sales of nine online stores that are responsible for selling and distributing hacks and mods for Switch. Among those stores is Uberchips.com, which, according to Nintendo, is responsible for selling tools to the public to hack the console and be able to run copies of games.

According to the manufacturer, the sale of these products is illegal, since they violate the anti-circumvention laws of the DMCA, something that would affect the famous Team-Xecuter SX Pro, a dongle that allows to speed up the hacking process in a simple way. steps and that accumulates great sales in all types of distributors.

Is the switch backwards compatible?

Nintendo answer the question on their website. The video game company says: The Nintendo Switch console is an all-new way to play, and will not include backwards compatibility.

Zarude Is Coming To Pokmon Go In New Pokmon The Movie: Secrets Of The Jungle Crossover Event

Several pieces of content will return from the previous movie event, too.

To celebrate the latest Pokémon film, Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle, finally releasing globally on Oct. 8 via Netflix, a new tie-in event is coming to Pokémon Go that will introduce the Mythical Pokémon Zarude to the game.

The Rogue Monkey Pokémon will be appearing along with several other Pokémon featured in the movie, a new set of limited-time Special Research, and the return of Team Rockets Jessie and James.

Running from Oct. 1 to 10, players can complete a new limited-time Special Research story to encounter Zarude. This research can only be collected during the event period but can be completed at any point once you start it.

Hoothoot, Combee, Drilbur, Cottonee, Dwebble, and many other Pokémon that appear in the film will be showing up more frequently, including the costumed Explorer Pikachu. Lucky trainers could even encounter shiny Larviatar or Explorer Pikachu.

Shiny Smeargle Is The Next New Addition To Pokmon Go

Pokémon GO’s Shiny Smeargle is the next to join the roster, available to catch between April 29 and May 2. While some Shiny Pokémon are available to catch all year long, this won’t be the case for Smeargle after the event is over, it will be removed from the game until it features in another Pokémon GO event sometime in the future. This means players will only have four days to find and catch this Shiny Pokémon if they are hoping to add it to their Pokémon GO collections.

Beyond Smeargle, developer Niantic hasn’t yet announced which new Pokémon might be released in May or June. It’s likely more news will come in the near future, along with updates on potential upcoming summer events. Hopefully, these updates will include more Mega Evolution options, as well as more Legendary Raids to help freshen things up for the warmer weather. To keep up to speed, Pokémon GO fans will want to check for updates regularly in order to catch any new Pokémon species that become available.

Pokmon Go Gen 6 Pokmon List

Pokemon Go : New Unova Region Generation 5 Pokemon coming ...

Like the previous Pokémon generations, such as Gen 5, most evolutions will simply require you to collect a specific amount of Candy.

We can, however, expect to see a Gen 6 version of the Unova and Sinnoh Stone as, like Gen 4 and 5, this generation has a number of Pokémon that will only evolve if they are traded while holding a specific item.

A number of Pokémon may also be affected by the trading mechanic, which will make them easier to evolve once they’ve been traded with another player.

Here is the complete list of Gen 6 Pokémon:

Gotta Keep Catching ’em All

The rollout of new Pokémon will presumably continue into 2020, too. Not only is it highly unlikely that Niantic would go an entire year without launching more Pokémon in-game, but the release of Pokémon Sword& Shield means more Pokémon have been added to the franchise’s ever-increasing Pokédex. There hasn’t been much in the way of crossover between the Switch games and Pokémon GO thus far, but there almost definitely will be in 2020. Give us Galarian Ponyta and Weezing in the real world already!

As you can see, a lot to be excited about for Pokémon GO players as we venture deeper into 2020. 2019 was the biggest year for the game since its launch in so many ways and if you ask us, 2020 is going to top it. Considering the number of updates and improvements Niantic releases on a regular basis, we would hazard to guess that not only will all of the above happen, but it will be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to all of the developer’s plans for Pokémon GO in 2020.

More Pokmon Arriving In Pokmon Go

Your Pokémon GO adventures are about to get even bigger whenPokémon that were originally discovered in the Sinnoh region arrive in thegame. Stock up on Poké Balls, Berries, and Lure Modules, and tighten up thelaces on your favorite walking shoes, because a whole lot more Pokémon are outthere waiting to be discovered!

New Pokemon Are Coming To Pokemon Go

by ESpalding

It really is happening! Today in a press release, Niantic confirmed that new Pokémon will be coming to Pokémon Go! The teaser announcement only confirms that there will be a big reveal on regarding the addition of more Pokémon in-game.

Gen 2 starter Pokemon Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile

So, could this be the Gen 2 pokémon we’ve been waiting for? What about the other original Pokémon currently missing from the game? As it stands, there are still five Generation 1 Pokémon unaccounted for. There were six, but recently the shapeshifting pokémon Ditto was released into the wild. The team mascots — Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres — are yet to be found . Mew and Mewtwo are missing as well.

There are 100 Pokémon in Gen 2, including many evolutions for some from the original generation. For example, it introduces Pichu — which evolves into the much loved Pikachu — and Steelix, which is evolved from Onix. Fans of the original anime will also recognize Togepi and Marill .

Yesterday, we reported on the fact that someone at Starbucks had leaked information regarding a new update, so this seems to coincide with that news. Perhaps this press release is a response to the leak….?

Either way, we’ll be keeping our ears to the ground when December 12th rolls around. So stick around, and we’ll give you all the latest info on which new Pokemon you can expect to see in Pokemon Go later this month.
