Pokmon Go: Every Possible Way To Get Rare Candy
Rare Candy is a hugely important item in Pokémon GO, but what are all the ways it can be obtained in the mobile game?
Rare Candy has always been a coveted item in many Pokémongames. Using one is an easy way to power up or evolve a Pokémon. In traditional Pokémon games, one could obtain a Rare Candy in a few places, such as on the ground, in a trashcan, or in a dark cave.
These methods are less than ideal in the real world. Thankfully, Pokémon GO offers a few ways to obtain Rare Candy, and it is much easier to get them than in the handheld games. Given that some legendary Pokémon require the Trainer to walk 20 kilometers with them for one measly candy, getting Rare Candy is a must.

How To Join Raids
Before you can participate in a raid, you need to have either a Raid Pass or a Remote Raid Pass. The former lets you join the raid while you’re physically at the gym, while the latter lets you join the battle remotely. There is, however, a slight disadvantage to this players who join a raid remotely will deal less damage than those who are physically at the gym.
There are a few ways to get your hands on Raid Passes. You can receive a free one when you spin the photo disc at a Gym however, you can only hold one free Raid Pass in your inventory at a time. Both types of Raid Pass are also on sale in Pokemon Go’s in-game shop. A single Raid Pass costs 100 PokeCoins, while a bundle of three Remote Raid Passes costs 250.

How To Evolve Pokemon Fast In Pokemon Go
The best strategy for evolving a species is to continue capturing Pokémon of the same type. This works well with common Pokémon types such as Pidgey, Weedle, or Caterpie, as their evolution costs are much cheaper than other species. Accumulate as much Candy as you can from captures, and if you need a bit of extra Candy, trade in the weaklings to bolster your supply. Once you have enough Candy to evolve a species multiple times, start evolving the ones with the highest CP. Use a Lucky Egg beforehand to maximize your XP bonus for evolving each creature.
Turn Off Ar To Make Capturing Easier
Capturing Pokemon with AR on is part of the fun, especially when the pocket monsters pop up in inappropriate places, but its way easier to capture Pokemon without worrying about aiming your phone camera. Plus, strangers, for the most part, dont like having phones pointed at them. Why not turn off AR and relieve them of social anxiety? You can do that by tapping the AR toggle when youre capturing wild Pokemon. Pokemon will then sit still on a grassy field, though they will occasionally hop or gyrate to make capturing difficult. But at least this way you can focus on just the Pokemon, and not worry about reorienting the camera or suffering the death stares of real-life NPCs.

Pick Up Lets Go Eevee Or Pikachu
This isnt an easy one given the price, but picking up Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu or Lets Go Eevee may be the easiest way for you to obtain your Melmetal. Evolving Meltan into Melmetal is a lot easier with Lets Go Pikachu or Eevee for reasons that will be covered later on in this list.
If youve not played a Pokemon game before outside of Pokemon Go, the Lets Go games are actually a really good introduction to the core Pokemon series. It marries the mechanics of the core games with many of the mechanics of Pokemon Go and does so in a game that is a good bit easier than the other Pokemon games of its kind.

What Kind Of Pokemon Are Shiny In Pokemon Go
Shiny Pokémon are a highly sought after variant in any Pokémon, and the same goes for Pokémon Go. A shiny Pokémon is one that has different coloring than the original Pokémon species. For example, Charmander is normally orange and white.
The Arlo, Sierra, Cliff, and Giovanni Pokémon change out every so often, so you may need to do a little investigation to see what shadow Pokémon you can capture. The chance of you encountering a shiny type is always pretty low, with the potential hovering around 1 in every 450 encounters.
Field Research And Special Research
In addition to catching Pokemon, Pokemon Go has missions to complete called Research tasks. There are two main types of tasks: Field Research and Special Research.
Special Research stories involve completing tasks to help Professor Willow investigate mysterious Pokemon.
Field Research tasks are one-off challenges that are primarily distributed at PokeStops. Youll receive one random task when you spin a photo disc, and completing it will net you a reward, which can range from an item to a Pokemon encounter.
In addition to a reward, youll earn a stamp for the first Field Research task you complete each day. Once youve amassed seven stamps, youll achieve a Research Breakthrough. This will net you additional rewards, including a chance to catch a special Pokemon. The Research Breakthrough encounter changes each month.
Special Research tasks, on the other hand, are Pokemon Gos story missions. These are introduced by a brief message from Professor Willow and typically come in multiple stages. Each stage you complete will net you various rewards, and completing the entire research line typically culminates in a chance to catch a special, rare Pokemon.

What Is Candy In Pokemon Go And Why Do You Want It
Candy is what you use to evolve your Pokémon into their higher level forms and what you use to power them up to increase their CP and HP so they sit higher in Gyms and can battle more effectively.
Some Pokémon evolutions take as little as 12 Candy, like Pidgey others can take 50, 100, or even 400 . Typically, the more Candy you need, the more powerful the evolution. Each Pokémon species has its own specific type of Candy, so you need Dratini Candy to evolve Dragonair and Dragonite, and Bulbasaur Candy to evolve Ivysaur and Venusaur. You can’t use Dratini Candy to evolve Bulbasaur or vice versa.
Most recently, it’s also needed along with stardust to buy your Pokémon second Charge Moves for Trainer Battles, Raids, and Gyms. There, it ranges based on rarity, with common Pokémon only requiring 10 candy and Legendary, 100.
You can, however, use the new Rare Candy, often awarded when you win Battle Raids or complete Field Research, to power up any kind of Pokémon.
That makes both Candy and Rare Candy so incredibly valuable in Pokémon Go. At least if you want those 3000+ CP Dragonites, Tyranitars, Rhydon, and Vaporeon for your Battle Teams to take out Gyms and take on Raid Bosses.

It is possible to cheat in Pokémon Go, but some cheating can get you banned. In fact, the games developer Niantic is really cracking down on cheating.
Currently there are no maps which display the location and stats of all Pokémon, and there has been little to no progress from the hackers which had previously managed to reverse engineer the games API very quickly.
Plus, the in-game Pokémon tracker has been improved and prioritises Pokémon you havent yet caught and added to the Pokédex. This has made it much, much easier to catch regional Pokémon when youre travelling, so maps arent quite as essential now.
The tracker can still be improved, though, and its still an issue for rural players in particular.

Pokemon Go: How To Get Lots Of Candy Fast
To evolve your Pokemon in Pokemon GO, youll need to use Candy. While this may seem like a relatively straightforward process, collecting enough of a specific Pokemons candy to evolve them can be a pretty tricky task, especially if theyre a rare Pokemon, or just require an insane amount of Candy to evolvewere looking at you, Magikarp.
In order to get Candy fast, youre going to need to make the most of every single Pokemon that you come across on your adventure. Smart players will be able to milk one Pokemon for multiple Candy. Of course, if youre looking at evolving that Dragonair into a Dragonite, you should always be making sure you capture every single Dratini or Dragonair that you spot. Each one that you catch is going to give you at least one piece of Candy, sometimes youll get three. Of course, when this is done youll then want to make sure youre transferring your Pokemon out.
To do this, all you have to do is tap on the Pokemon you no longer want, and scroll down to where it says Transfer. Simply confirm that you want to get rid of the Pokemon and Professor Willow will give you one Candy for that Pokemon family. Thats up to four pieces of Pokemon Candy just for catching and transferring Pokemon that you may have otherwise just walked past and disregarded.
