List Of Pokemon By Base Stats

Rampardos’s Head Gives It A Staggering Attack Stat

Pokémon Base Stats Explained

Looking at it, one might think of Rampardos as being more on the defensive side than the offensive, but its physical Attack stat stands at a mighty 165. That’s the highest of any non-legendary Pokémon.

Rampardos’s dome-shaped head is evidently less for defense and more for its fierce headbutts, capable of knocking down almost anything with one hit. Its base stat total is the same as that of other Fossil Pokémon such as Kabutops, Omastar, and Armaldo.

How To Change A Pokemons Nature

Pokemon Sword and Shield introduce new items called Mints that change your Pokemonâs stat growth and stat potential the same way Natures do. You cannot purchase Mints until after you beat Pokemon Sword and Shield. Though Mints dont change your Pokemons Nature in that Pokemonâs flavor text, they still change the rate of the stat growth and that statâs max as if that Pokemon had a different Nature. A Lonely Mint will affect a Pokemon the same way a Lonely Nature would.

For example, giving a Pokemon a Modest Mint will make its Sp. Attack growth high and its Attack growth low, which will be reflected in its summary. Its Sp.Attack stat will from then on be Red to mark its increased growth, and its Attack stat will be Blue to mark its lowered growth, as if its nature were Modest.

However, that Pokemonâs original Nature will still be reflected in its flavor text. Giving a Pokemon a Mint will retroactively affect its stats previously affected by its original Nature, as well. So, if a Pokemonâs stat was lowered by its previous Nature, it will raise after changing its stats with a Mint. Mints are stored in the Other Items pocket of your Bag.

Mints will not change a Pokemons Nature for Breeding purposes, either.

Parasect Is A Final Evolution That Should Have Better Stats

For a fully evolved Pokémon, Parasect shares a base total with several mid-stage evolutionary forms of Pokémon. 405 is the same base stat total as Bayleef, Charmeleon, Ivysaur, Marshtomp, and Wartortle, to name but a few.

Given the fact that it resembles a hermit crab, which can be pretty nippy, one would think it would have a greater Speed stat than 30. Its highest stat is Attack, which stands at 95.

Shuckle Can Barely Move But It Doesn’t Need To With Such High Defense

Shuckle’s Defense and Special Defense stats are a staggering 230, the highest of all obtainable Pokémon. Shuckle is based on a turtle, so it has a shell, but at only 2’00” and 45.2 lbs, that must be one hard shell.

The Mold Pokémon also boasts the title of having the most uneven stats of all Pokémon, with a 103.21 deviation. Its HP is 20, the lowest of any Rock-Type Pokémon its Speed is 5, the lowest of all Pokémon and its Attack is 10, the lowest of all Bug- and Rock-Type Pokémon .

Camerupt Looks Like A Tank But Lacks In Bulk Stats

Unique Poké Sets #1 Delphox

Camerupt looks like it should be a tank, but its base HP and Defense stats are 70, while its Special Defense is only slightly better at 75, giving it a lot less bulk than it looks like it has.

Its base stat total is also on the low side at 460, the same as Dodrio, Breloom, and Jumpluff. Its strengths lie not in its defense, as it may seem, but its offense, with 100 for physical and 105 for Special Attack. Its Speed stat of 40 makes sense, but the same cant be said for its defensive stats.

The 10 Most Powerful Pokmon Cards Ranked

Pokemon cards often offer rare and powerful cards in each pack. Here are the 10 most powerful cards players can get.

The Pokémonfranchise was created by Satoshi Takira in 1995 and immediately took the world by storm with its fun lore and colorful creatures. One of the biggest Pokémon successes was the trading card game, which was published in 1996, and seemed to hook every child on the planet for a time. Pokémon was definitely ahead of the game when it came to forcing parents to consistently pay money for non-essential items, and while many imitators try to follow the formula, none have managed to reach the same level of hype.

Pokmon Go: Best Movesets August 2021

While it may seem like Combat Power or stats are the most important factors in Pokémon Go, movesets play a critical role as well. Movesets are the combination of the fast attack and charged attack your Pokémon uses in battles.

The wonderful, terrible thing about movesets is that theyre usually determined at random. The good news is that, with Technical Machines and Elite TMs, you change your old, terrible moves. But how do you know which movesets will help your Pokémon win at PvP Trainer Battles and decimate Gyms and Raids and which will make a fight simply unwinnable? Heres the newly updated list! Slaking Is No Slacker When It Comes To Base Stats

All Pokemon Base Stats In Order From Least To Greatest [Generations 1-8]

For a Pokémon whose name, nature, and the animal it was based on, the sloth, imply that it’s extremely lazy, Slaking sure has impressive base stats.

Pretty much every one of Slaking’s stats is surprisingly high, with his total of 670 putting him amongst Legendaries like Kyogre and Zamazenta, and it has the highest stats of any non-Legendary/Mythical Pokémon , but its Speed of 100 has to be the hardest to believe. It’s said to store up energy throughout the day by lounging around.

Electrode Is One Of The Fastest Pokmon There Is

It may come as a surprise that Electrodes base Speed stat is 140 more than Greninja, for example. Given that Electrode is essentially a Poké Ball, where does it generate its speed?

The answer comes from the fact that Electrode lives off electricity, and the more electricity it consumes, the faster it moves. Its speed stat helps give it a total of 480, putting it on a par with Mawile, Bellossom, and Octillery.

Zacian Crowned Sword: 170

The newest Pokémon on this list and the box art legendary of Pokémon: Sword, Zacian is an incredibly powerful Pokémon with a base speed stat that is almost as worrying as its base attack.

That base attack stat, coupled with its 148 base speed state, makes this Pokémon a very capable physical sweeper that can tear through defenses if used correctly with the right move sets.

The 10 Pokmon With The Highest Cp In Pokmon Go

These are the strongest species in the game.

Pokémon Go gives players the ability to find and capture their favorite Pokémon spanning over seven generations of the franchise.

With a variety of Pokémon available in the game, it can be difficult to know which species are the strongest. One factor that can provide some insight into this is the Pokémons CP.

CP stands for combat points and differs from a Pokémons stats. The CP can basically be summarized as the base stats with a hidden modifier called an IV that will dictate the Pokémons overall power in battle.

Every Pokémon will have a CP that can be increased as the Pokémon levels up, but some Pokémon naturally have a higher max CP than others.

With hundreds of different Pokémon and forms available in the game, weve narrowed this list down to the 10 species with the highest max CP.

The Sweepiness Of A Pokmon

We now go on to the offensive capabilities, or lack of, of the Pokémon in question. A Pokémon’s Sweepiness is how hard it hits the opposing Pokémon. Again we can split this in two: the Physical Sweepiness and the Special Sweepiness, as before.

A Pokémon can hit the foe more easily if it is faster. Indeed, it might happen that our Pokémon does not even get the chance to hit the opposing Pokémon if the latter is faster. When a Pokémon is faster than its foe, it is guaranteed to hit one more time than the opponent.

For example, suppose we have a Pokémon A that is capable of fainting the foe, Pokémon B, in two hits. Suppose also that Pokémon B is also capable of fainting our Pokémon in two hits. If Pokémon A is faster, we would have:

Pokémon A hits Pokémon B hits Pokémon A hits

while if Pokémon B is faster, we would have:

Pokémon B hits Pokémon A hits Pokémon B hits

In the first scenario, even though Pokémon A hits for less damage than Pokémon B over one turn, its superior Speed allows it to still beat it over two turns. This is ample proof that a good Speed stat allows a Pokémon to be more offensive over several turns. Because of this, the Sweepiness formula combines the Attack of the Pokémon with the Speed of the Pokémon in question. Before this is done, however, the base Speed stat is first converted into a number corresponding to the probability that the Pokémon is faster than the foe.

List Of Pokmon According To Their Base Statistics

All *NEW* Pokemon Base Stats & Typings in Pokemon Legends Arceus

This list includes all Pokémon, along their alternate forms, and three additional columns:

  • Average: It is the arithmetic mean of the six statistics. It determines the value of the statistics if each of them had the same value.
  • : It is the typical deviation. It shows the difference there is between all values. A 0 means all statistics have the same value, while a higher number means the statistics are more unequal. So, as close as this value is to 0, the Pokémon will be more balanced.
  • Total: It is the sum of all six values. So how high the total is, the better the Pokémon.

List Of Pokmon By Base Stats By Type

Base stats are an important defining characteristic of each Pokémon species. Below is a list of Pokémon and their base stats, sortable by column.

NOTE:Due to constant edits being made to Pokémon, this list may be out of date. List last updated 16th April 2014.

REMINDER: If you edit a Pokémon’s stats, you MUST also update this page, this page and this page. You should also alter the Pokémon’s EV yield to match the changed stats, unless there is a specific reason not to.

Overall Rating Of A Pokmon’s Base Stats

We can naturally define the Overall Rating of the Base Stats of a particular Pokémon simply by finding the average of its Physical Tankiness, Special Tankiness, Physical Sweepiness and Special Sweepiness. However, such an attempt is fraught with the danger of producing a skewed rating unless we first make our four stats have the same mean and standard deviation. This is the reason why, recently, the Base Stats Ratings of Pokémon were improved from the previous version the previous formulae did not take this into account, and thus had much more complicated equations to try to curb this discrepancy. The newer versions are not only better, but also much simpler, needing only the addition, subtraction, multiplication and division operators to perform.

Consulting a basic statistics textbook tells us that changing the mean and standard deviation of a set of data is not difficult to do at all. If we subtract each value in a set of data by their mean, or average, and then divide them by the standard deviation of the data, the result is always an equivalent set of data that has an average of zero and a standard deviation of one. After doing this, it is easy to convert the set of data yet again to an equivalent one having a different mean and standard deviation, by first multiplying each value by the new standard deviation and then adding the new mean to them.

Zacian Crowned Sword: 148

One of the legendary Pokémon in Sword and Shield, Zacian is a wolf-based Pokemon that carries a sword in its mouth, representing the Pokémon Sword aspect of this generations duality of Pokemon.

The high base Speed, coupled with its 170 Attack stat makes it a very effective sweeper, capable of fainting Pokémon before theyve even had a chance to move themselves.

Purugly Is Faster Than Some Legendary Pokmon

Puruglys rotund appearance might not scream speed, but the Tiger Cat Pokémon boasts a 112 base Speed stat. That makes it faster than Lugia, Ho-oh, and Rayquaza, to name a few.

While it may look like an overweight tabby cat it even uses its tail like a corset to make itself look thinner it can strike with deceptive speed if threatened. Puruglys total stats come to 452, the same as Noctowl and Sliggoo.
