Gates to Infinity was the first Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game to grace the 3DS. For a roguelike game, it offers up a very kid-friendly take on the genre, which, although great for children, did not sit well with some older players. Critics were generally in agreement on this front, with many bemoaning the game’s shallow combat and overall lack of difficulty.
Though none of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games are bad, some feel that they just dont offer enough of a challenge to seasoned fans of the genre. The games all tend to feel incredibly similar to one another too and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity is no different in this respect.
Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon

Two years on from the North American release of Gates to Infinity, Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon made its way to western shores. Spike Chunsoft seemed to learn a lot of lessons from the previous title too and even evolved some concepts, from gameplay elements to graphics.
Again, its not a spin-off that one has to play in order to become a mega fan, but the series was at least getting better at this point. It certainly helped that the game included all 720 Pokemon that had been introduced to the series at the time and also provided plenty of unique customization options for people to play around with.
Pokmon Black 2 And White 2
These versions are the sequels of Pokémon Black and White and they are also part of the fifth generation games.

Ultra Sun And Moon Are The Last 3ds Pokemon Games
Enjoy Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon as that’s it for Pokemon on Nintendo’s aging handheld.
On November 17, Nintendo will release Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon for the 3DS handheld. Developer Game Freak has now confirmed that they will be the last new core Pokemon games released for the 3DS, meaning the future of Pokemon is going to be fully-focused on the Switch hybrid console.
In total, there are eight core Pokemon games for the 3DS. In 2013 we got Pokemon X and Y, then in 2014 we got Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. 2016 saw the release of Pokemon Sun and Moon , and then next month we get Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Those last two games feature an alternate storyline set in the Sun and Moon world.
As to why there will be no more Pokemon on 3DS, beyond the age of the system it’s down to Game Freak pushing the 3DS to its limits. Speaking with IGN, Game Freak director Shigeru Ohmori explained that the development team thought Pokemon X and Y had stretched the 3DS as far as it could go, but they were wrong. Pokemon Sun and Moon underwent a complete redesign and managed to push the system yet further.

Though the likes of FireRed, LeafGreen, HeartGold& SoulSilver were all perfectly serviceable, Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire really raised the bar when it came to Pokemon remakes. Pretty much everything about the original games was improved and many newer series mechanics were added into the mix.
Mega Evolution was perhaps the biggest addition, with many gen 3 Pokemon being treated to Mega forms. Mirage Spots allowed players to add a ridiculous number of Legendary Pokemon to their Pokedexes too, while the leap to 3D made returning to Hoenn an absolute delight.

Pokémon games are dominating the 3DS charts right now, with several titles taking over slots in the top 10. A combination of a few different factors is driving the spike in sales.
Looking at the U.S and U.K charts, the majority of the list is taken up by the pocket monsters. GameSpot report that Pokémon Red, Yellow, and Crystal currently sit in the U.S top 10. Good Vibes Gamings Jon Cartwright shared a screenshot of the UK charts , revealing those same three games, along with top spots for Pokémon Blue, Gold, and Silver. Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
Though there was another Monster Hunter release on the 3DS after this one, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is still the best Monster Hunter that can be experienced only on the 3DS. It’s filled to the brim with increasingly challenging monsters to hunt and armor and weapons to craft out of their parts, and it’s the first in the series that introduced mounting mechanics and truly embraced verticality.
If otherworldly fashion and that core, addictive gameplay loop of hunt monster-craft-hunt stronger monster isn’t gripping enough, Monster Hunter 4U is a bit of an outlier of the series with a more gripping story and likable characters. If you want to visit a “classic” Monster Hunter, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate can’t be beat.

Nintendo released its last primarily handheld console, The Nintendo 3DS, worldwide in 2011 which went on to sell over 75 million units in its lifespan. Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire
While people were undoubtedly looking forward to experiencing these classics again, many were still nervous about their chances of living up to the expectations many players had.
However, those reservations were ultimately unfounded as both games delivered. Whereas Ruby and Sapphire were strictly 2D, Omega and Ruby being 3D make a massive difference as it fleshes out the world and characters and as a result, everything feels more alive.
On top of that, the villains will change depending on which version you play, and they have been given new looks to help feel more distinctive. Overall, you cannot go wrong with Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
