Who doesn’t love Pikachu? He’s been the mascot for the;Pokémon;franchise since it’s inception and has stuck around in the TV series for more than 20 years. He’s always been by Ash’s side, through thick and thin, and there’s no sign of that friendship coming to an end.

Cubone Is A Mutated Baby Kangaskhan
Sometimes a theory becomes so prominent and widely accepted that fans start to believe it was developers’ intention all along, and were just waiting on some leaked concept art or creator commentary to seal the deal. One widespread theory on the nature of Cubone’s origins fits that bill: it asserts that when a Kangaskhan dies, her baby takes her skull and wears it, becoming a Cubone and starting a different evolution path. Morbid, right?
This theory is supported by the fact that a baby Kangaskhan has a model nearly identical to that of a Cubone, with only slight color differentiation. Further, both Pokemon share a uniquely strong mother-child connection, and no one really knows what happens to a baby Kangaskhan as it ages. The idea has become so popular that some claim it to be fact, and assert that Red and Blue’s infamous Missingno glitch was actually intended to be the bridging evolution between Cubone and Kangaskhan before it was removed. Bulbasaur Is The First Pokmon To Be Owned By Two Anime Main Characters
From the frequency with which Bulbasaur appears in the Pokémon cartoon, its probably safe to say that;the writers for the show are fans of the first grass-type starter. After Ashs Bulbasaur stopped appearing;regularly in the show, another character, May, caught her own member of the species.
Ashs Bulbasaur and Mays Bulbasaur have met a few times in the cartoon Mays Bulbasaur can be;identified from small heart-shaped freckles on her forehead. Unlike Ashs Bulbasaur, Mays companion;has been definitively identified as a female.
Long after May left the main cast of the show, the character returned for a single episode, accompanied;by her faithful Bulbasaur who, in the intervening time, had evolved into Venusaur, the end of;Bulbasaurs evolutionary line.
Another trainer which has appeared in the newer episodes of the show, Shauna, has an Ivysaur, another;member of the Bulbasaur family tree. What Are Pokmon Expansion And Booster Packs My Kid Is Asking For Them
An expansion is a new set of cards released within a certain generation or series. Each expansion release includes about 100-200 new cards. There is no way to purchase an entire expansion all at once. Instead, you purchase them in booster packs, which are sets of 10 cards that you can use to add to your current collectionusually these are themed within a specific expansion, meaning that the cards inside can be any of the cards that were released within that expansion set. Current expansions include Sword Shield Rebel Clash and Sword & Shield Darkness Ablaze. A new expansion, Sword & Shield Vivid Voltage is set to come out in November 2020. Older expansion packs that your kid might still be after include ones from previous generations like Sun & Moon, XY, Black & White, Diamond & Pearl or the EX series.

The original Pokémon Gameboy games are fondly remembered for kicking off the entire franchise and;winning the hearts of gamers worldwide. These games, however, have gained a reputation for being;filled with glitches, bugs, and developmental oversights which mean that gameplay doesnt always
behave properly.
Razor Leaf, one of Bulbasaurs signature moves, is one such element of the game. The move is designed;to have a high critical hit ratio, meaning that theres a higher than normal chance that the move will do;extra damage. The way that this calculation is worked out, though, means that when Bulbasaur uses;Razor Leaf theres a 70% chance that itll land a critical hit, which is far more than the standard rate for;any other move.
This is only the case for Bulbasaur, though: if its evolution, Ivysaur, uses the move, the critical hit ratio;rises to 93%. For Venusaur, the critical hit rate rises even higher, to 100%, meaning that every time;Venusaur uses Razor Leaf, the move will do extra damage.
The Bulbasaur family tree arent the only Pokémon to benefit from this calculation glitch any Pokémon;with a high enough speed will benefit from the boost, especially when using a move that has a naturally;high critical hit ratio. Critical hits are tied to a Pokémons speed, so any Pokémon that is fast enough is;guaranteed to do extra damage any time it uses an attack. In future generations this glitch was fixed and;a new method of calculating critical hits was introduced.

Pokemon store energy as they gain experience, and when they evolve, the massive amount they release is converted into their new bodies. Basically, this theory suggests that Pokemon is more scientifically sound than the entirety of The Core.

His Convenient Learning Of New Moves
Does anyone ever notice that Pikachu learns new abilities out of the blue? We’re not talking about moves that he shouldn’t learn, like Tackle and Leer. Sure, Pikachu learned Iron Tail through training, but how in the world did he learn Electro Web without doing anything;or through the use of a TM?
Speaking of which, how does Pikachu just learn Electro Ball out of nowhere? The Pokémon TV series may not have traditional leveling up like in the games, but they at least learn new moves when evolved and battling. Pikachu must have the power of “Plot Convenience.”
Arceus Used The Unown To Create The Universe
When a creature gets a nickname like “The Original One,” there’s a good chance it’s going to be a god allegory, and Arceus is no exception: born at the beginning of existence, its Pokedex entry claims it “shaped the universe with its 1,000 arms,” which seems pretty godlike. However, given that it’s an equine Pokemon with only legs to speak of, one wonders just what those “arms” were–and some point to Unown as Arceus tools of creation.
Unown, weak while alone, but can alter reality when brought together: for instance, a group of them are able to create Entei and a crystal palace out of thin air. This theory suggests that Arceus uses the Unown to work its will, like in the Sinjoh Ruins, where clouds of Unown appear when Arceus manifests the egg of one of the creation trio Pokemon. So, in the episode “Pikachu’s Goodbye”, Pikachu meets a tribe of his own. One of the little guys was so small that you swear that it was a baby Pikachu. However, it’s been revealed that Pikachu’s baby form is Pichu.

Statements like these are incontrovertible proof that the sinister creators of Pokemon are attempting to condition the world’s children with the occult practice of psychic powers!
