Pikachu Pokemon Card :

The original Pikachu pokemon card 1995 is available on eBay. There are too many cards are available in 1995 but the original card is rare. An interesting fact is that this card is not expensive at all. You can buy this Pikachu pokemon card 1995 for just US $19.90.

The card is used but still, it is in good condition. Pikachu 1995 is a rare Pikachu pokemon card.

Rainbow Pikachu Pokemon Card:

The rainbow Pikachu Pokemon card is also looking like the fat Pikachu but the difference between them is just of color. The fat Pikachu and the rainbow Pikachu are the same cards but the rainbow color makes another card which is called the rainbow Pikachu card.

The most expensive Rainbow Pikachu of 2021 is available for USD 888. This is not a Charizard.

Lt. Surge is a fearsome enemy just from his appearance alone. One of his most recognizable Pokémon is his Pikachu. The Gym Heroes set was awesome in that each Gym Leader showcased what made their creature so special. With distinct poses and a tailored move set, they are nice pieces of memorabilia.

Both the Gym Heroes and Gym Challenge cards are not expensive–on the left, $5.62 compared to on the right, $7.77.

What Makes The 20th Anniversary 24k Gold Pikachu So Valuable

Pokémon Einzelkarten Detective Pikachu 10/18 Promo PSA 10 ...

OK maybe thats a silly question Its made from frigging 24 Karat gold! But actually, the collaboration with Japanese jeweller Ginza Tanaka, combined with a limited pre-order window of 20 days, and an initial price tag of $2,100, its no wonder that this high-end collectible has increased six-times its value in only five years. Its wishful thinking, but how cool would it have been if theyd have done a select few red cheeks versions!!

Holographic Shadowless Blastoise: $2475

Out of the three final-evolution Kanto starters, its Blastoise who has the least valuable Shadowless holographic card, reaching heights of $2475 on Pokemon Prices. We say least valuable, but thats still a lot of money for just the one card, and its hardly far behind its sibling Venusaur.

Thats if Blastoise is still in mint condition, of course, which is a big ask considering these cards are over 20 years old. Carrying the powerful Water-type move Hydro Pump, this version of Blastoise was a pretty impressive card to carry in your deck back in the day, but at this point its still a solid collectible card.

A few years back, Pokémon decided to release a throwback set where they updated the stats of their first couple of sets. There were a few new cards too, particularly Mega Evolutions, and they had retro printings produced for them as well.

Pikachu received a reprint of the original Pikachu Pokémon card, but it wasn’t worth much and hasn’t risen much since then. You can still pick this one up now for about $.20.

Valuable: Pikachu On The Ball

The Pikachu on the Ball card, like Pretend Magikarp and Gyarados, had some pretty specific conditions. For one, you had to be part of the FA Pokémon Youth Futsal Program, to which you could join if you sent a request email to them. Because of this process, this card is likely to go up in price from here on out.

As it stands, the card on eBay UK is £1,007.00 . It can’t even be located on the American eBay, save for a few promotional posters.

Whats Makes The 1999 1st Edition Red Cheeks Pikachu So Valuable

I love this story when the Base Set Pikachu card was sent for its first print run, Mitsuhiro Arita submitted the artwork with yellow cheeks. This is because when Pikachu launches an attack his cheeks turn yellow. Note the card design there are lighting bolts coming out, therefore hes attacking!

Employees of Wizards of the Coast, took it among themselves to change the cheeks to red because they thought hed made a mistake. How nuts is that?!

This was eventually corrected, so the vast majority of Base Set Pikachu cards youll come across have yellow cheeks. But of course, that makes the red cheeks versions highly sought-after and valuable.

1999 Base Set 1st Edition Red Cheeks Pikachu PSA Population Report

The Masked Royal Prize Promo: $18000

This is undoubtedly one of the most recent rare cards, featuring the Masked Royal character from Pokemon Sun & Moon and released as recently as 2017. This is essentially a promotional card that was given out to players in an invitation-only prerelease in Tokyo for the new Shining Legends set, where only 100 copies were made.

Even though this is a relatively normal card by most standards, this short print run means its incredibly hard to get, especially since it was handed out in such a restrictive event. As a result, there are actually preserved tweets of players first opening it in places like Pokeboon, while Japanese trading sites like Miyabi Hobby have past listings of the card at ¥2,000,000, which currently is equal to around $18,000 USD.

Pokemon Players Club Shiny Espeon: $2000

If you ever wanted proof about how much a Pokemon cards price can change just because of the Pokemon on it, you need to look further than the Pokemon Players Club Shiny Espeon. This card is almost identical in story to the Umbreon card you saw just a moment ago, but required only 40,000 experience points instead of 70,000.

Despite being more available, Troll and Toad has this card for a slightly higher price of just under $2000. This is likely because Espeons shiny form is more noticeable than Umbreons, since the bright neon-green fur is a lot more distinctive and Espeon has its own unique degree of popularity.

Valuable: Pikachu Wizards Promo #1 Ivy Misprint

POKEMON DETECTIVE PIKACHU MOVIE PROMO CARD SM190 HOLO CARD ...

The Ivy Misprint Pikachu is a peculiar card in the grand scheme of the Pokémon card game. It was printed in the set and is easily the most expensive card in the set. The regular Pikachu from isn’t worth all that much .

However, this Pikachu is misprinted in several ways. Firstly, it has an ivy background that is different than the intended background for the card. Secondly, it has a Promo stamp in place of the logo. This card goes for quite a bit. Its median price on TCGPlayer is $150 where it’s unavailable at the time of this writing. However, it can be found on eBay for thousands of dollars.

Not Worth Much: Detective Pikachu Holo Promo Card

This card’s value is pretty understandable. Despite the film being the highest-rated videogame movie, it is still relatively new and common to find which decreases the value quite a bit.

Nevertheless, if any fan of the film or the games wants to pick one up, at least it’s only $19.46, so not too expensive to buy! However, some things get more valuable over time so have a look in a few years and see how it fares!

Valuable: Pikachu 1999 Poketour Promo

This Pikachu comes from the 1999 Australia Poketour and is another hard one to find. It’s hard is the original printing of Pikachu with the addition of the “Poketour 1999” stamp in gold foiling.

This one isn’t as high as some of the others on the list, but you’re still looking at a couple hundred dollars on the marketplace.

Misprinted Fossil Krabby: $2200

Yes, you read that right. Krabby is the star of one of the rarest Pokemon cards of all. By all accounts, this crab-based Water-type isnt exactly a battling superstar. The fact that one version of its Pokemon card is so rare is a bit of a fluke, as its price comes down to a relatively simple misprint of the card.

RELATED: Valuable Pokemon Card Errors

The difference between these multiple miscuts and a normal card is that part of a fossil symbol to the bottom-left of its art is missing. This seemingly minor difference has driven up the price of these cards immensely, and despite going for under two dollars in its normal state, Pokemon Prices has the card record of a misprint selling for over $2200 dollars.

The main reason this card doesn’t make much money is that it was so common and popular. Everyone who got one had the sense to keep it and make some money off it. The more common the card the less it’s worth.

Unless you were in Japan to witness the grand opening of the Pokémon Center in Hiroshima, we doubt you’ve seen these cards recently. This is a rarer XY-P card, but throughout the collection, you can see a common thread: be there or be square.

As a set of two, listings suggest a ripe $2,000. That is pretty hardcore for some cute looking cards!

Base Set 1st Edition Pikachu Red

Pokemon HD: Basic Pokemon Mewtwo Card Value

This was the first introduction of Pikachu to the general public in the famously known Base Set illustrated by the Legendary Mitsuhiro Arita. Pikachu is seen in what looks like Viridian Forest and is shown much rounder than how hes portrayed nowadays. Pikachu really put in some agility training to help Ash get that first championship. Like most basic Pokémon that had evolutions, he had a low 40 HP and attacks like Gnaw and Thunder Jolt that did minimal damage and required little resources. Not only were there many variations in rarity through Base Sets 1st Edition, Shadowless, and Unlimited, but we had two variations of cheeks to look out for on this card. The rarer Red-Cheeks which came in 1st Edition and Shadowless, and the Yellow-Cheeks which came in all three. The 1st Edition Red-Cheeks Pikachu is the most sought after of the Base Set variations and is an essential piece to the Master Set.

What Makes The 1996 Japanese No Rarity Symbol Pikachu So Valuable

In 1996, the first print run of the Japanese Base Set cards didnt have a rarity symbol in the bottom right-hand corner. There is little documentation as to whether this was deliberate or a printing error, but what we do know is that very soon after, this was changed/fixed to include the symbol.

Collectors widely regard the no rarity symbol cards as the Japanese equivalent to the English 1st Edition Base Set. As such they have a low population and are highly valued by collectors.

Not Worth Much: Pikachu Hidden Fates

The low price of the Pikachu from the Hidden Fates set is a bit ironic given how hot this set was upon its first release and how astronomically expensive some of the cards from the set are. Hidden Fates was intended to be a “mini” set of sorts. It included many reprints of cards from prior sets with a Shiny counterpart of the Pokémon included in the art. There were a few new cards included too, but they were less of a selling point.

However, the basic non-Shiny Pikachu from the set isn’t worth much, with the non-holo version going for $.08 and a foil version going for about half a buck.
