Dynamax Adventure Legendary Pokemon List
All of the below are the final bosses that can appear in that final Legendary Pokemon slot of a Dynamax Adventure. You can defeat these Pokemon for a chance to take them home with you as one of your very own Pokemon after the Pokemon Den is conquered – but you can only catch each Legendary once, a limitation that keeps you from farming legendary Pokemon.
As a reminder, this list features pretty much all previously-absent legendary Pokemon from past generations – but not Mythical Pokemon like Mew. They remain event-exclusive catches.

Generation Seven Legendary Pokemon
After a lackluster sixth generation when it comes to legendaries, generation seven had plenty. The Sun and Moon era was long and had Solgaleo and Lunala as its most iconic legendaries. These were the mascots for the two games, but instead of a legendary trio there are the four Island Guardians. They serve as an answer to the Ultra Beasts, which are essentially aliens that are invading Alola. The game also added Necrozma, which had a Kyurem-like ability to merge with either Solgaleo or Lunala to become a stronger version of itself.;
Notably, Sun and Moons legendaries also evolve in some cases.; Cosmog evolves into Cosmoem, then into either Solgaleo or Lunala. The Ultra Beast Poipole also evolves into Naganadel.

Zamazenta The Legendary Pokmon For Pokmon Shield Explained
Zamazenta is the Legendary Pokémon exclusive to Pokémon Shield.
At first, Zamazenta will appear to be a fighting-type Pokémon, giving it the Rusted Shield, which you find the Slumbering Weald, however, will transform into a fighting and steel-type Pokémon.
Unlike Zacian, who focuses on attack, Zamazenta is a being that prefers defensive tactics; the Rusted Shield fusing into its body.
Zamazenta knows the Dauntless Shield ability, which boosts its defence stat at the beginning of a battle.
While Zamazenta is more focused upon defensive tactics, the combination of fighting and steel-type allows it to be a formidable fighter in its own fight.
Trained properly, you can use Zamazenta to quickly defeat your opponents, utilising its defensive strength to ensure it takes as little damage as possible.
In Pokémon Shield, Zamazenta will fight by your side during the battle with Eternatus and you’ll be able to catch it in the post-game episode.
The knowledge of Zamazenta has been lost in time in the Galar region.
Even though the knowledge of Zamazenta has been lost in time in the Galar region, this legendary wolf is described as: ‘With majestic movements and what appears to be a shield covering its body, Zamazenta can turn back any attack and overwhelm any opponents that dare face it.’

Its important to know that, while you can encounter a Legendary Pokémon multiple times, you can only catch it once. This means that shiny hunters or trainers looking for specific stats might have to battle the same Legendary Pokémon multiple times, putting off the chance to catch it, until the right version of that Legendary Pokémon appears in the Dynmax Adventures.
Luckily, you can keep a record of up to three Legendary Pokémon, either from purchasing their location from Peonia for five pieces of Dynie Ore or encountering them yourself. These records will allow you to select this Legendary as the final boss for your Dynamax Adventure, ensuring you have an encounter with one of them.
A number of these Legendary Pokémon are, however, exclusive to either Pokémon Sword or Shield, which means that, playing by yourself, you wont be able to find them in a Dynamax Adventures.
Below you can find all of the Legendary Pokémon, arranged in National Pokédex order, that can be found in Dynamax Adventure, including which version theyre available in:
