Best Team To Beat Cliff In Pokemon Go
One of the best lineups to defeat Cliff in Pokemon Go would be Kyogre, Metagross, and Mewtwo.
Mewtwo is a Pokemon that will always help you out, due to being one of the strongest Legendaries in the game, particularly against Cliffs Phase 1 & 2 Pokemon.
Kyogre, with its Water-type moves, takes care of Charizard and Arcanine in Phase 3. Metagross, with a focus on its Psychic-type moveset, will be strong against Phase 1 and 2s Pokemon, but will also be decent in a pinch against the likes of Tyranitar.

As with all Team Go Rocket battles, you wont know what Cliff is going to send out in the second and third rounds until you enter the battle, so it can be hard to plan ahead. Fortunately, you can choose to rematch if you lose, allowing you to bring a better lineup with you.
Dont worry too much if you dont have any of the counters weve listed. Focus on the weaknesses of each of Cliffs Pokemon, and take your strongest of those types into battle for a good chance of emerging victoriously.

Defeating Sierra is fairly straightforward: choose your mostpowerful Water-, Ice-, and Psychic-type Pokémon and get to work. Lead with a Psychic-type Pokémon,preferably one with a Charged Attack that powers up quickly to get through Sierra’sProtect Shields right out of the gate.
Slowbro is the outlier here. You can easily defeat Sierra’s Pokémonwith Water-, Ice-, and Psychic-type Pokémon alone if not for her Slowbro. Ratherthan adding a Pokémon to your team solely to counter Slowbro, instead give oneof your Water-, Ice-, or Psychic-type Pokémon a second Charged Attack that exploitsSlowbro’s weaknesses. Slowbro is weak to Grass-, Electric-, Bug-, Ghost-, andDark-type moves.
